Hey all. I’ve previously had 25cc HA with Shafer in NYC which I’ve written about previously. I left the country after round 4 (flew the next day!) but would have done a bit more if I could have.

Its been over a year some of the first round or so seems to be dissipating and I now have a bit of an odd shape especially fully Flaccid.

I found a clinic in Bangkok but I’m still shopping around. Fillers are very popular here and considerably cheaper than in the west. Here’s an email from one of the clinics I’m considering:

We charge 6,800 baht per cc and use Korean brands Deralux or Neuramis.

The doctor would assess your requirements and consult with you for free which can lead to same-day treatment.

I believe they mean Dermalux not deralux. I couldn’t find much info on either. Neuramis looks interesting I wonder if it’s a relabel or a truly original product. It seems to have a few variations which is I think a good sign that the injections will be done with some aesthetic mindfulness.

HA a year ago was smooth. Now it’s a little Lumpy. Sorry the angles aren’t the same, the one with the measurement is about a year ago and the one where I’m squeezing is more recent (squeezing to exaggerate the effect but still it’s noticiable).

I want to see if I can get 15cc more for the first visit, some as a replacement/aesthetic enhancement and some as an increase a little in Girth. I’d love 7.25” Girth

Your unit still looks pretty good in my opinion, and as with all temporary fillers, it's not unusual to find yourself returning a year, or two+ for either top-offs or minor revisions... it just comes with the territory.

My only concern with non-English speaking markets is determining how legit a practice is. Dr. N in Prague had hit-or-miss results, and there was a Doctor in South Korea who also had poor results with the glans and used his own proprietary filler which also proved problematic. Granted, the sample sizes are far & few, which is precisely why I personally would shy away from them - unless of course you either (a) speak the language and/or (b) find substantiated reviews in that region.

I'm all for shopping around, but I always like to remind you gentlemen that this is not just our nose or lips, this is our one and only penis, and cutting corners (whether it be budget or logistics) isn't always the most prudent route.

That said, this Clinic could be great for all I know, and if you do choose to go that route, you should certainly share your experiences with us if you don't mind. The free consultation is always nice since you can at least better gauge what you're dealing with (especially since you've been through it before). Good luck either way.

My Thai wife will go with me to translate if needed but I’ve found that many medical staff who are required to speak to clients or patients speak English either very well or fluently, often Indians, Germans or linguistically gifted Thais.

Plastic surgery especially fillers is EVERYWHERE here. Seems like about 10% of women in Bangkok have had something done, and that’s just people with “the look”, I’ve had some women tell me they got something done and I had no idea.

Thailand is known as one of the countries famous for "Medical tourism". The hospitals in Bangkok have become really advanced and good.

Good place to get a sex reassignment, boob jobs, hair Removal, facial plastic surgery etc. My ex had her boob job done there in the mid 2000s and as far as I know she still has them in without any side effects. I'm sure there are lots of con artists around too, so I'd stick to the major hospitals and accredited doctors.
