TOPIC: Proud Urology Lets Go!

I am going to proud Urology today!

After debating on this for over a year and messaging back and forth with the clinic, I am here in Korea!

I have previously done Ellanse and have gained about 1.25 inches of Girth over the last 8 years or so. However the nodules that I have developed and the very squishy skin on my shaft have become rather embarrassing. I no longer even feel confident during sex. Girls can point out the nodules and the squishy skin feels like they are pinching a chubby cheek….

I have decided to go to proud and have then help me remove the nodules and improve the aesthetic tapering of my penis. Will keep posted!

A lot of people are too lazy to be active here, although I’m sure many are interested in the progress and do read along. I myself just followed silently for a long time. But now that I’m seriously intending to have this surgery, of course I want to learn as much as possible from those who have gone through it. Thank you and the other guys who share their experiences — it’s really valuable!

So here it goes.
It has been 4 week since I got megaderm. I am technically cleared for sex!
So why did I get megaderm?
Well, I actually went from 4.4 to 5.75 in Girth using Ellanse. I got Ellanse back in winter of 2019. Without talking too much about the past, I enjoyed it initially. However, the aesthetic issue of the shelf and the nodules ended up bugging me. It bugged me to the point I did not want to have sex. The nodules kept growing, and it almost was like a mountain range of nodules right below my head. It was at the point that if I jerked off to much the nodules would make little cuts in my skin and I would bleed...I also figured I am young still. If I was in my 40s or 50s maybe I would think eh who cares. But I am still young. I figured if I am going to have this Dick for the rest of my life mineswell be something I am proud of. Plus I already have Ellanse, so this is a very unusual case. I may even be there very first patient that has Ellanse.

However that is not a normal situation. Most do not inject into the neck area. I did.

I really wanted to find someone who would remove the nodules and then help me with my shelf look and the taper.

After finding some posts here, I decided you know what lets try it out. I trust Korean doctors more then western doctors when it comes to procedures like this for some reason.

I also sat on this for a year, plus Korea is closer to me then other places. After going back and forth in my mind I decided fuck it. I can't even have sex anymore with confidence. Last girl I had sex with was literally rubbing my nodules so awkward.

I get there, and everyone is very nice. Everyone is very professional. Korea just runs better. It doesnt feel sleazy like mainland offices can. James was great, Dr.Koo was great.

Procedure was quick and the 2 seconds right before you fall asleep feel awesome haha.

Recovery honestly is not hard. Call me a freak, but I kind of liked the feeling of having stitches in my Dick. That was the only thing I was afraid of. But the Erection with stitches I kind of liked haha. The only hard thing is not touching yourself for 4 weeks. I started to go crazy. That is the only thing that sucks.

How is it today? Well my Girth is crazy. Remember I did not go for gith, I went just for aesthetics. I am probably around 6.3 inches Girth right now. I might lose some of it. If so that is fine. I have plenty.

The taper and shelf? Looks fantastic. Literally removed all the nodules and the area below my head looks awesome IMO.

The gripe? Well I have a long penis. So I think because most of the work was for the top shelf, they had to enter through the top. Therefore, I have a pretty bad gap near my base where you can see the graft. Maybe with some pubic hair it will be able to cover up momentarily?

Can you feel the graft on the side? You can. However, I do think it is something that could be passed off as just a variation of penis texture. I mean remember, natural penises have variations too. So for some reason I am not to bugged about the side.

And honestly, I am not bugged too much about the base either. I am doing a new style of procedure, I expected that I would probably have to go back for another round. Plus they fixed the initial problem I had, and I know this problem with the base would be a very simple fix. Only thing is I have to wait a while to go. The side? Mmmm I know they will want to put another layer of megaderm. But tbh, I do not know how much more my Dick can handle lmao. I have gotten almost 2 inches in Girth. Another layer might make me almost 7. TBH it looks pretty good as is right now. I am not worried about the side. Just the base.

The only other thing to consider is that I have Ellanse. What if the 1.25 inches I gained from Ellanse dissipates? Maybe it will but at a slow rate so it is no problem. Or maybe it never will? Or maybe I can just get 1-3 ml of filler from Proud Urology to restimulate collagen and maintain gains? Cause as of right now other then the base, this is my dream Dick.

Look, no procedure is perfect. If you want to get a big fat Dick and get it fast, truthfully, megaderm is not for you. Filler is best for quick gains and there are plenty of doctors out there who can do a great job. I have seen penises with filler that look amazing, even in the neck area. However you have to make sure you have a great doctor. Regardless, no matter which style you choose there will be pros and cons.

Appreciate you taking the time to write this up. As someone starting my journey I’m hesitant to do procedures out the gate. But when I read about proud Urology that really got me interested in taking this seriously.

Thanks for sharing this information! What exactly did your surgery include — just Megaderm, or the full 5S procedure? And did you have a Circumcision as well? If so, are you happy with the results?

Hey man. I just got megaderm, and some filler in the head. I did not want to do the 5S as the 5S requires a ligament cut. TBH I really do not understand why people would put themselves through a ligament cut unless they have a legitimately medically small penis. If your penis is just small when Flaccid, who cares IMO. It is a Flaccid penis. You are not fucking with it. Plus it does not make the Erect length longer and the recovery is much more strenuous.

Am I happy? TBH. Yes. I am. I went in there with insane nodules and an unnatural neck taper that really made me insecure. They heavily improved that area. I am more then happy to send you pictures if you want just DM me. The left side of my penis you can feel the graft when Flaccid, but honestly who cares. You can just tell a girl it is how your tissue is.

The only thing that is frustrating is that there is a gap at my base. TBH this is not shocking. As I have a longer then average penis and this is very easily fixable. I was just frustrated because I wanted this to be one and done. But I have realized with anything in PE you are more likely to have 1-3 procedures. They also told me they believe my Ellanse may be permanent. So I think if I go back for just one more touch up at the base I will be good. Overall though it looks great. And of all the clinics Proud has been without a doubt the most professional.

No offense to other clinics, but sometimes they feel "sketchy" or "sleazy". There is a very highly respected clinic that I got my Ellanse at. They keep telling me that I need to come back for more Ellanse fillers even though I have not lost any Girth. I feel they just want my money. Where as if Proud Urology feels like something is not good for your penis, they tell you.

Hey man! How are you? I'd like to ask a few questions.

Have you noticed your circumference decreasing? What about your length? Some guys have said they lost length in the first few months and then it returned to normal. Have you noticed anything like that yourself? What about the glans filler? Do you think you had a good increase? Was it worth it, or does it absorb quickly? When do you plan on filling the base? Sorry for asking so many questions, I'm curious.

Hey brother. TBH I am not measuring much. As my concern for this was not Girth. I was already 5.75. I just hated the nodules and crazy taper I had. All I will say is I measured on Monday and I am 6.6 Girth which is kind of nuts lol. I really just care about aesthetics are this point.

Truthfully I did not measure my length but that is cause I did not get the ligament cut. I do not notice a decrease in length. I am not sure how much the glans increased as it is hard to measure the glans but I would do it again. I probably will let things settle first and then see how it goes and if that is the case maybe some filler in February or March to just improve that area.

Was it worth it? Look man. We are injecting, doing crazy stuff with our penis. There is no such thing as perfection. There will be issues with any procedure. For example Ellanse was great at first because when Erect it feels hard and natural. But then your Dick begins to turtleneck and the neck area cant be fixed so there will always be a weird taper. With megaderm I can feel the graft which is the only drawback I have. Other then that I think they are amazing. In terms of aeshteticness I think proud is king. You have to pick your poision. I do think it was worth it.
