TOPIC: Not in a good mental space

Not in a good mental space 4 months 1 week ago #1308724618

So today got told that part of the head is necrotic. They may have to do a debridment. I’m cutting laying in bed with a in dwelling cath like a 80yo. Still trying to understand how it got necrotic.

I think that maybe some of the filler or fluid was blocking the arteries to that part of the penis head. The shaft if fine ironically.

Does anyone know of anybody that had to get a debridment? I’m losing my mind here.

I was looking around for it but couldn't find whether or not you got glans enhancement -- I did read the urethral bleeding and subsequent antibiotics, which tells me your Doctor(s) believe an infection is at play, and a serious one given the potential Necrosis.

To the extent that it is causing potential Necrosis is remarkable to say the least; while infections can & do happen (albeit uncommon), ones of this severity involving the glans despite strictly shaft injections is extremely unusual. I'll be frank, I'm not sure I think urethral bleeding should be an acceptable post-op experience from Dermal Filler injections (and I'm going to have that discussion in the near future), and to what extent urethral compression plays a role in this matter is hard to say -- I'm not suggesting it played a role in the infection, and all things considered it could be and likely is a stroke of misfortune.

Proper filler placement should (in theory) have no meaningful impact on the circulation of blood throughout your penis, and it's really hard to speculate when an infection is involved because all medical procedures that break skin are susceptible to infection, even something as simple as a Dental visit. This is why Clinics practice sterilization of their instruments and environment -- they know the risks remain ever present, but keeping them below a certain threshold is paramount.

The plan now is to manage symptoms and hope the debridement is kept at a minimum -- this involves the full course of antibiotics, and communicating with your healthcare provider any changes in symptoms even while on antibiotics. Our bodies have a remarkable proclivity for healing, and despite your diagnosis & prognosis, I believe you can come out on top as best as can be expected with the ongoing situation. We're here, keep us posted.

Thank you so much

Yea I hate to question Rupeka technique but literally a few hours after leaving the head started turning dark colored, bleeding in urethra. Seems kinda strange but he’s be doing a long time maybe I’m just extremely unlucky.

Also got good news that because the Necrosis formed a dry eschar and it seems to be stable we may be able to avoid debridment and just let it fall off. We shall see. Hopefully a month from now this will all be a distant memory.

That's some positive news.

Yeah the only two users that come to mind besides alias9 were @Zep83 & @atxguy . Zep83 had some chronic infection that caused him some kind of recurring pain and Atxguy went to a Doctor that injected silicone oil which is why most doctors give you a sheet with some certificate of what their injecting instead of some mystery blend.

Just a quick read but supplements that may help manage, reduce, or prevent further necrosis—specifically avascular necrosis (bone), skin flap necrosis, or radiation necrosis—include:
Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Omega-3 fatty acids, Zinc, and Vitamin D. These nutrients help by reducing oxidative stress, lowering inflammation, and improving tissue healing.

Straight from Google but I guess I'm my next procedure I'm gonna be looking into starting a cycle of the GHK-CU peptide or GLOW blend.

Yes, I did and I’d be happy to chat with you.

It took six months to get to a stable place after the doctor cut the blood supply, and I had a band of Necrosis all the way around. You can check out my pictures.
Feel free to message me. I’m sorry you’re going through this. I know it’s really hard.

Thank you. I’m still trying to remain neutral. Every time I start feeling a little hopeful something changes.
Right now, I’m focused on getting the Inch and a half back and I think that will happen since the actual penis was not touched just skin.
I’m pumping, Hanging and staying hard with quad mix for a couple of hours. Doing that routine three or 4 tons a week.
Now I’m also focused on some of the dips and lumps and wonder if, God forbid, I could use more filler to level that out when things have settled down

The color is more even now. You can see some of the scars where he punctured my skin. They are smooth, which is good, but they’re very white so they stand out. They actually look like an ancient cave drawings lol.
