TOPIC: Round 2 with Rupeka

I never tried the penimaster, but does that cause blisters? I've heard you can wear it all day- or was it phallosan that made that claim? When I first started I tried sleeping with an extender on which was stupid. I figured I can make gains while I sleep.

I did have an indentation after first procedure probably because I was doing vac extending, which is why I think they use the noose style extender. Like I would be worried that anything that creates a vacuum could cause some kind of deformity before the material completely sets.

How does the penimaster work? Is it just like the cheap blue vacuum cups? I was going to look at the comfort grip but I figure it wasn't worth buying just to use during the 2 month recovery period after the procedure. I am interested in the penimaster if I can wear that all day with no blisters. I picked up the hanger from Still On Systems that Dr Rupeka had mentioned but that was a waste. It doesn't really stay on the glans for a noose style of hanger.

The penimaster has diaphragm in the glans cap. It has glans against one side and vacuum on the other so theoretically it keeps the glans out of the vacuum. Its ridiculously overpriced and the shipping they charge is even more ridiculous. Ive personally logged many 8-10hr days with mine and no blisters. Can you apply to much vacuum and pulling force and get a blister well of course but I've been able to make it work for me where the bell and sleeve just dont last due to sleeve constantly wearing through and tearing. I also should mention that I work outside in a very physically demanding job. If was to do over i would only purchase the 2 glans caps with hose application so that you have a spare(ive broke 3 or 4 due to job) along with 6 spare glans and sleuce diaphragms and the leg strap. Skip everything else.

Ok so 30 hours in post round 2-30 syringes with Rupeka and everything seems to be going well. Im using an ads and light massaging here and there when I think about it. I have no pain but it definitely seems a bit tender and I have that be careful and dont do anything stupid feeling lol. Doesn't seem like I lost much length if any but again im not about to press a rule into my pubic bone. My Flaccid Girth is 5 3/4" which is mind boggling to me. My wife is definitely liking the current hang and Im already having to beat her back a bit which is a good thing! Right now at this point I feel like 30 syringes for round 1 and then another 30 for round 2 was perfect me. Not too little making me say shit I wish I had done more for the time and effort vested and not too much making wonder what the hell did I just do to myself. Im very excited to see where this settles out and at some point I expect ill be back to see Dr Rupeka again. Ill try and keep this updated as much as possible and again i cant say enough good about my total experience with Dr Rupeka rounds1 and 2. Ok quick update. Went back to work on day 3 with no issues. My recovery seems to be going well. Today day 4 all of the bruising is pretty much gone along with the tenderness and i have no issues wearing ads. It feels heavy and big in my hands but everything else feels normal with no discomfort or pain. My wife loves holding it and is excited to try it out asap! Ive lost 1/8 to 1/4" in lenght which seems pretty standard and my eg is a uniform 6".

I love this post and I love your results. Like I was saying when you were in, I love the fact that your skin will freely move over the Dartos fascia like you had not had any injectable work done. Its been 6 days since I received 30 syringes of Bellafill with Dr Rupeka and I couldn't be happier at this moment. Despite being uncut everything looks and feels great. I have no pain, discomfort or discoloration and my Foreskin is functioning like nothing happened. Everything feels exactly the same except for the size and weight of my Dick in my hand, Hanging between my legs and most importantly in my wife. Hard ons feel fantastic and sex with my wife is on a different level for both of us. She cant keep her hands off from it and says things like its a monster, its huge, its motherf.....fantastic ect. Her permagrin alone makes it all worth it lol!

Yes, its temporary. Seems pretty standard from what ive read and been told. Im also using an ads to help ensure that it is lol.

Ok so im 15 days post round 2 and still holding steady. Everything is going well.
I do have one small bump on the top entry hole but it's honestly irrelevant to me cause its not sore to touch or massage. Not to mention I was pretty much anticipating it and surprised that I have only one.
My BPEL lenght is still down 3/8" to 1/2" but I'm not to concerned. Seems pretty par for the course. My measurements today before any pe are
BPEL 6-3/8-1/2"
eg 6-1/8"
BPFL 5-1/4"
Fg 5-5/8"

As of this moment right now I'm very happy to say the least. To go from pre round 1 of 4-1/4" eg to my current 6-1/8" is still mind boggling to the both of us. I love how it feels and look. Erections are rock hard and zero issues with my Foreskin.Wife says it feels amazing but it does take a bit of working back and forth to get inside her. What a great problem to have.

Ill be sure to update again in few weeks and will definitely do so if something changes for the better or worse.

I have no issues pulling my Foreskin back and it rests retracted just like it did before the PMMA rounds.

Im pushing 6 weeks since my 2nd round of 30 syringes with Rupeka and everything is going good. My lenght has fully recovered and my Erect Girth is at 6" and uniform the entire shaft for the most part with bit of taper behind the glands. Im hoping this has stabilized and holds steady. Maybe even some increase in collagen building as time goes by?

Also everything is working well with my Foreskin and it seems to help with the transition from glans to shaft astetically and especially during sex when first starting out. Not to mention my wife really likes it and is happier than I am that its still there lol.

I've recently started a Hanging routine with light weights letting fatigue dictate my duration, sets ect.. Ill be starting a new thread on this topic because questions about Hanging after PMMA seem to come up alot without any real consensus

In summary, at this stage, I must say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire process and results(so is the wife especially lol!!) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jason Rupeka to anyone whether your Circumcised or not.

I'm sorry for a somewhat ignorant question, but I had thought (and it's been a few years since I researched) that PMMA filler wasn't allowed in the US. That's what Bellafill is, right? Did this change or am I just misremembering?

Thank you. Im pretty stoked about it so far thats for sure! Yes with my frame it definitely looks more natural now than it did before. Its more like it already should have been my entire life.
Bellafill is definitely approved for use in the US as a Dermal Filler but I think its technically considered off label use in this application.

2 month update

Everything is going well. Ive gained my lenght back and my Girth is right around that 6" mark and even throughout for the most part. I have developed a small Nodule on top entry point. It looks like a small pimple. Wife cant feel it and it doesn't hurt at all but you can see it. It honestly doesn't bother me a bit. Im uncut and my Foreskin is working naturally just like before the procedures so no issues there. ( fingers crossed!) Also pumping at 15kpa daily, compression Hanging at 5-7 lbs riding fatigue and wearing penimaster pro as much as possible.
So the wife also received 2 O shots from Rupeka. 1 each time I had a visit. Let me say that I would definitely recommend this as well even if everything is working good. If your already going and your wife is with you have her sit in the same chair as you and contribute to the cause! Longest part is undressing.
