I lurked on this board for like a good year or so before finally decided I would take the dive and get a procedure done. I went with HA (PhalloFILL specifically) because I like that it was temporary/natural and I could experiment with seeing how much I liked this. I read so many horror stories on this board of people getting terrible inflammation, oozing, disfigurement, etc (not specifically from HA but just from all sorts of different procedures). I saw so many HA before and afters where I thought "Oh no, it looked so aesthetic before and after looks so lumpy, I'd hate that!"). I started with a pretty modest 10 units (~12ccs)

As soon as I had mine done, I realized that if things go well, lurkers generally don't come back and post about how it went, so you don't get a lot of neutral/positive posts on here compared to the "uh oh is something wrong" so I just wanted to post a neutral/honest review of everything.

1. Procedure: I was admittedly a little nervous because I've never had anything injected into my penis. I can confidently say this is a breeze. You truly feel virtually nothing.

2. After care: this was the worst for me. PhalloFILL tells you to wear a silicone sleeve for 14 days. It is awful. It chaffed my skin terribly and when you sweat at night and moisture gets trapped, it can create a rash. I had an extremely painful rash with blisters and was constantly padding the thing with gauze to keep it from rubbing on my skin. It also constantly rides up (especially if/when you work out). It was torture.

I kept asking PhalloFILL if I could just skip this and they were very adamant that I needed to wear it. Honestly - I think this is crap. I've talked to other people who had HA injections at other providers who don't require this. I also waited the full 14 days like they said before "any" sexual activity. Someone jacked me off after that on day 16 or so, and it completely displaced the filler. Like my penis looked like a blob of playdoh afterwards. I was HORRIFIED that I had ruined my entire procedure, but then I just....molded everything back into shape and it stayed there. If that can happen that easily after 16 days, then I don't really know what the 14 days of wearing the sleeve was intended to prevent. If someone can educate me then please do!

3. Results: The first month or so after the procedure is the best. The tissue is a little swollen and it just looks plump and thick. I was like whoa this is awesome, I LOVE it. After that, it goes down a bit and resembles more your Dick with some padding around it. The swelling does a little bit of magic by making everything look symmetrical and once it's down you can notice spots where a little more filler settled, BUT, honestly, my impression was overall really great.

I loved that my penis just hung bigger naturally 100% of the time. Even to this day, it's the biggest benefit by far. The filler wasn't 100% symmetrical, and it was interesting to realize "if I was looking at this before and after online I'd probably be critical of it looking imperfect, but I actually liked it in person because of the extra heft/Girth.

4. Over time: In the beginning, I could notice the extra filler (both visually and by feel) both when I was soft and hard. When hard I could notice it more near the tip and it gave me a good amount of width that was aesthetically pleasing. Over the years (I'd say of maybe 6 months ago) I don't really notice the filler much while hard anymore. Either it has thinned out (or distributed so evenly that I can't tell where it starts/stops), or it has re-settled more towards the base, which kind of has a "ring" of noticeable filler. This still acts as protection from retraction - so that's nice, but aesthetically it makes it look a little wonky when I'm 100% soft, which I don't love. When I'm semi it looks great honestly, and when I'm hard it looks pretty good (you can tell there's kind of a blob of filler more on one side than the other so it looks off balance if you look at it from certain angles). Sometimes I look at it and think "yeah that looks great" other times I catch an angle where it looks especially asymmetrical and I'm like "oh I hope no one else notices when it looks like this"

To be honest I have no idea how much of this change is the filler dissolving or it migrating. I have not decided if I should get more and try to "even it out" or just let it dissolve. I'm curious what other guys have done at this point?

5. Overall: Do I have any regrets? Nope! Overall really happy. It was a great experience and the extra confidence and oomph was really fun. Opened me up to this world of options. I've started doing PE (compression Hanging) as of the last 2 months so that is a nice way to continue this journey but I'm definitely interested in doing more again sometime. Not sure if it's just more HA or exploring other options. Certainly open to suggestions.

I think your penis (namely the layers in which you receive injections) continues to "acclimate" to the Hyaluronic Acid (HA), where the surrounding tissue is expanded and "conditioned" so-to-speak for augmentation. For clarification's sake --> this is purely speculation from a non-medical professional, not to be regarded as a medical or scientific fact regarding the physiology & mechanisms involved with HA girth enhancements.

If you see it as "annual maintenance" like getting one's oil changed or tires checked, you don't need nearly the number of syringes you did to achieve your original girth goals, since some (HA) product will still remain, and presumably cost lest. There may be some trace collagen as a result of repeated fillings, which could theoretically/plausibly act as the kind of "foundational scaffolding" that makes one's penis "more acclimated" to filler injection over time. While PMMA and Ellanse rely on completely different mechanisms when creating girth, there does seem to be an "acclimation" when taking additional rounds of filler... at least this is how it felt like for me in my experience. Regardless of what mechanism is at play, there does seem to be a familiarity of the body (namely the layers in which you receive your penile injections) when it's already used to prior injections, and that may be in your favor.

If you're happy as you've concluded, I wouldn't venture to a permanent option unless the benefits of one-&-done outweighs the safety profile of HA (not suggesting permanent options like PMMA are dangerous, but relatively speaking HA is more appealing to the risk-averse). My recommendation would be to continue with the PhalloFILL treatments for as long as you remain satisfied, and I suspect the aforementioned acclimation will make for even better results over time. And even if my acclimation theory is baseless, you can at the very least be comforted by the fact that your body responds well to the treatment, and that alone should justify staying in the HA lane, at least for the foreseeable future.

Just my 2 cents :)

Thank you for this! This is really helpful to just hear that I'm probably good to stay on the path I'm on and I don't need to try anything dramatically new to keep seeing good results. This is also enabling me to potentially get more which I admittedly wasn't thinking strongly about, but by some magic coincidence of the universe, I got a text from PhalloFILL the day after I made this post that their summer sale is going on for touch-up pricing. I'm....suddenly very tempted to buy something that wasn't even on my radar one week ago. Glad to hear that it may get better with each additional touchup as the tissue gets more used to the filler as well!
