It’s looking better but not good enough. And I know you’re gonna say it is but it’s still getting rejections. 37 out of 37 attempts our rejections. The last three are from guys I used to connect with on a regular basis before this. They wanted to connect. Oddly, they all reached out to me in the same week. I said things are better, but you might want to see the pic and send it to them and they all ghosted me.
I’ve been been dealing with with pelvic floor dysfunction that really should’ve been addressed by Dr Kansas after the surgery because I reported the pain to him and he said oh it will probably just go away. As soon as I got to Dr mysteries, he ordered physical therapy. It took me some time to find a male physical therapist who does pelvic floor dysfunction therapy. Even if I was comfortable with a woman and I was about to go that route, none of the physical therapy officers would allow their female staff to work on a Mail.
Luckily, I finally found one and we’re working well together and he’s really compassionate
Still a long way to go where I don’t have pain from my penis/bladder to my anus and prostate. To the point where it cramps and spasms when I come or urinate and then I almost crap on the way to the bathroom
He’s also trying something called an instillation where he puts a Catheter in and put some fluid in and then I need to keep it in for a couple of hours, and then can urinate after that and it sort of helps calm the bladder down. Unfortunately, I react to one of the chemicals in it I think it’s a lidocaine and I have to do a Catheter at my house by myself if I can’t urinate which I never can afterwards. If I do it once I’m fine. I’m actually proud of myself for doing it lol

I can’t feel 2/3 of it so I’ve had 35 or so ejaculation since January 2025, which is nowhere near the norm. And notice I said ejaculation and not orgasm. It’s so painful given the cramping, etc.. We did do a p-shot and that helps some with the erections, but still not normal

So I’m gonna attach a picture because I’m having lots of little nodules of whatever pop-up and this is looking like it’s gonna try to pop through my skin. It just came out of nowhere last week and I’m feeling more and more of them all over. Any thoughts on whether it has to be surgically removed or will it actually migrate out?

Also attaching a couple of other Current pictures so you get an idea of what it looks like. I’m still trying to get the extra Inch back in length that I’ve lost. That involves Zen Hanger, at least my homemade version and pumping. I have to do those every day for 15 to 20 minutes each and then Trimix three times a week so that it stays stretched for an hour or two. I totally regret ever doing any of this.

Texas medical board also dismissed the complaint against Dr Kansas and so I have an appeal this coming Thursday. Their rationale is flimsy. They say that his surgical mistakes and lack of judgment/negligence are because of Dr. Dellinger‘s actions. That is Ludacris. It’s especially Ludacris when when I had the Dr. Dellinger appeal they said that the damage done was due to Dr Kansas.
If they overturn it, they will then send it to a complete investigation because it’s clear that he did not follow standards of care. He did not give enough information for me to give informed consent regarding the risks of the surgery. I learned more about the risk of the surgery from the TMB dismissal letter than anything Dr Kansas ever said.
He also did discuss a graft, he didn’t get a consent for and therefore he didn’t do a graft that day. All of the four doctors that I consulted with to try to Repair what he did wrong all ask why didn’t he do a graft. Basically, first question out of the gate. One of them is his colleague at the same place Urology Austin.
I asked Dr Mistry if it was expected that this would happen or could happen and would need a graft and he said oh definitely. You would expect this damage/compromise blood flow doing that surgery and he should’ve had a graft ready.

I’ve gotten my state representative and state congresswoman involved to get some oversight on this case. Again, they did not listen to an audio recording of him just like they did not listen to it of Dr. Dellinger. They didn’t review all the information before making the initial decision. It’s maddening.

I’ll keep you posted

Thank you. It is improving some. The pictures don’t always pick up some of the depth of the bumps and dips
The loss of sensation in 2/3 of my penis is really concerning. The P shot didn’t do anything for that yet, but it sounds like that can take a couple of months for it to fully come into effect.
Thanks for your support.

I did have my appeal a couple of days ago and they rejected it and the reason for that is they continue to say that I was already damaged before Dr Kansas touched me. I even gave them a picture of my penis two days before and two days after the surgery. So now I’m having to escalate it and probably resubmit the complaint with new evidence. It definitely has the feel of doctors protecting doctors and when I went online just to search for lawsuits, etc. when I got back from AI is a list of those lawsuits and concerns but a narrative of this is pretty common for Texas.
It’s a red state turning purple and maybe blue at the next election because people are done with it. They’ve had 30+ years to run the state and their campaigns are always about fixing Texas lol I’m like you’re the one who broke it.
And hopefully Democrats could end we can change the law back to a reasonable cap on med malpractice. Governor Abbott signed into legislation a cap of $250,000 plus medical expenses. This was after he got eight or $9 million when the tree landed on him and paralyzed him.
He would have only gotten 250 K under his law versus eight or 9,000,000+ medical
Hypocrisy never ceases to amaze me
