Question:  What type of fillers do you use?

Dr. Liu:  Both temporary and permanent fillers, including Juvederm, Restylane, Voluma, Radiesse, and Bellafill.

Juvederm

The most popular and longest lasting hyaluronic acid penis enlargement injection is Juvederm Voluma XC. It is also one of the best fillers based on bulk enhancement as compared to other fillers and is one of the safest to use.

Restylane

These types of fillers are made from hyaluronic acid — a naturally-occurring sugar substance in the skin — which are safe and hold-water, plumping the treatment area for long-lasting enlargement and rejuvenation.

Voluma XC

The most popular and long-lasting hyaluronic acid penis enlargement injection is Voluma XC. While typical treatments to the face or lips require 1-3 syringes, penile enlargement with Voluma XC requires between 5-15 syringes to the penile shaft and head.

Radiesse

Radiesse® is calcium hydroxylapatite, a semi-permanent implant, that stimulates the body to form collagen. Unlike, other injectable implants like PLLA and PMMA, Radiesse® has never been found to cause granulomas. When hyper diluted/blended with Normal Saline, the product is more fluid, malleable, and not lumpy.

Bellafill

Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA or Bellafill) to immediately improve the girth of the penis, but, also further stimulate collagen production to give you more of a permanent result. Bellafill is composed of charged microscopic spheres that are converted to type III and type I collagen in the body.
