I do not have anywhere near a mico penis however my size now is very small. The Girth is much smaller than before.

It sounds like Peyronies to me. I don\'t know much about it, but the likes of Restoration and M8x7 do. But a curve to the left and less Girth sounds like scar tissue to me.
