Two things. Don\'t cut the suspensory ligament , I had it done and my Dick is actually shorter hard , but maybe 1cm longer when floppy. Any doctor who does this should and claims its penis lengthening should be struck off because its just lengthens the Dick when its soft so whats the point. scam, makes me angry

2. Go to Dr Kim in korea and have the HA, I have it once every couple of years. Anything else is nuts.

I suppose if it\'s temporary and your not happy with the result then yes it\'s a good thing, however if you love the extra gain and it looks good then maybe not! Amdrofill claims 6 syringes at '2640, now it doesn\'t state the measurements!

I\'ve also read that some of the gain through HA can be permanent, but yet I\'m not certain if this is true or not!?

I completely agree reference Dr Oudot, not a good indication. I was also considering London andrology international but will see how my consultation goes with Androfill.

It was '5000 with Dr Viel for FFT alone.

Are you then getting into the remit of PMA by adding other fillers?

There are some simple rules.

1. surgery alone will not make the hard Dick longer. Surgery to cut the sus lig should be banned because Dick just points straight down and sex is a pain.

2. if you want to get a wider Dick use the HA - 2 million people in US get it a year 2 million injections! but I agree not in Dick.

Follow these instructions CAREFULLY .

Its squiggy for a couple of days , then firms - my wife is a happy.

If you have a doctor or experienced person do it then no problem, its all about the injecting technique. 1 in millions chance of a problem, even then just inject something to dissolve it.

How much is permanent I dont know.

All i know is I went there 1st time in 2011 for 15mls then 2013 for 5 mls only so somethings grown.

Even if nothing grew ever perm, I would rather go back every couple of years than have fat blocking my Dick up and oozing out. I am slightly older and I know fat = impotence. I have enough fat blocking the blood flow to my penis from my gutt already. Im convinced the HA improved my impotence so its nearly gone, how Im not sure maybe the new tissue.

Dr kim website has a post on it, proper medical PMMA is from germany , research the company that makes it and call them I forget the name. and costs a fortune so no clinic would offers the good stuff. the HA costs the clinics about $300 each ml the medical PMMA $1000 per ml , who knows what they want to squirt in your Dick down in mexico, its cut with something for sure.

I looked at Androfill.com its the same stuff as in korea, thats what I use and I stand by it. Im in europe now so id consider it, but if I was in Cali id go to Korea or Phoenix. It\'s not relevant if they are expensive or not - whats relevant is who the doc is, how many hes done & are you living far away in case 1 in 1 million happens 3 days later.

i haven\'t heard back from Androfill yet but will let you know when i do. i expect they are focused on trying to get people to come in for a consultation. anyway, they definitely keep their website updated because there is some new info on there today - 10 syringes maximum have to be spaced 2 weeks apart apparently. but i am wondering if they use the 2ml juvederm voluma syringes or the 1ml cos that would obviously make all the difference.
i guess if they respond to my email i will have the answer to that and other questions i asked...

i dunno about any permanent effect but as you probably saw on the Androfill site, they have changed their information on that now, while not saying it doesnt happen, they are kind of distancing themselves from saying it does. but i am not really bothered about that if it lasts a year or more even if its getting less

actually you could try stretching for lenght...in this board there is a report with progress pictures from someone who used an extender for a year

Billy, I was debating stretching/ Hanging to enhance my length. I want to move pretty quickly with HA if I\'m satisfied with the consultation. Don\'t think I\'m going to get much time before if I decide to go ahead, not to sure if I can hang after HA. Or whether it\'s best to do before hand. Allowing more volume to go in.... We will see. Which extender is best or are they all on par?

That\'s not true - I started at 6 and have been at 7.25 for almost 2 decades. Hanging works if you are consistent - and I am definitely not the only person on this board who has succeeded in gaining length.

I did have my ligs cut - and while I am not recommending it -, I never had any negative consequences - a longer Flaccid and about .25\" increase Erect, and the rest was Hanging and stretching.

Yes, with weights maybe that is true, have to work long and hard at it. But what I meant to say was just by snipping the ligament your Dick is not longer When Hard.

Personally I haven\'t had PMMA and have no plant to have it. It isn\'t for me. However, your information about PMMA is wrong. Ask Prof Lemperle, the German creator of PMMA cosmetic fillers and not a business who had to change their entire approach to penis enhancement due to the success of PMMA and thus actively markets against it. All PMMA beads are produced in China, not Germany. Artecol is produced using these beads in Germany, Bellafill is produced using those beads in the America and Linnea Safe is produced using those beads in Brazil. The reason the price is so expensive in some countries is that the cost of bringing them to market and obtaining a patent is so expensive. In countries, such as Brazil, where they don\'t have the same patent laws, generic versions can be made much more cheaply.


Have you seen the Urodoc website? They have a section dedicated to why people specifically shouldn\'t get PMMA! The only other website that has a similar section is Dr Elist\'s. You have keep in mind that pre PhalloBoards, virtually everyone was either getting PLGA scaffolds or the Elist implant. These are the businesses most badly effected by the popularity of PMMA.

You don\'t seem to have done very much research, so can you please stop posting as if your opinion is gospel. I assure you, HA had been discussed many times on the forum before you came along and we\'ve had several members who have had it. I also assure the risks involved with synthetic fillers have been discussed to death. The information is there for people who want to research and make a decision based on that. We really don\'t need someone with very little knowledge of penis enhancement procedures or the industry itself telling people what they should or shouldn\'t be doing.

I am not sure if you are aware of how you are coming off, but what you are offering is not useful.
