Am I making it up when I say that with a micro cannula the injector can release the filler in more consistent streams instread of individual blobs?

No you\'re not, but to be clear the filler diffuses in this area anyway (regardless of whether injected in blobs or thin lines), even with Voluma, so it\'s irrelevant.
In the cheeks it wouldn\'t move about.

Surely you understand the most attractive part of HA is it\'s safety profile and therefore patients want to know you are doing everything you possibly can to make it as safe as humanly possible. Can you honestly say you are doing that?
Juvederm is supplied with a 27G needle in the packet. Millions of injections of HA using 27G needles occur each year in areas more likely to experience problems of the sort you identify (the face - leaving out DDV). I say we focus on risks that are higher than almost inconceivably small. Do you think micro cannula inserted deep is riskier than a needle injected shallow through semi transparent skin, we do at this stage. To come to your way of thinking, it would not be unreasonable to use a micro cannula, injecting shallow.

No skirting around the question, hand on heart which do you think is safer out of a micro cannula and a needle?
I see more bruising and swelling on patients after micro cannula. It is harder to directly access areas needing more filler with a micro cannula in repeat visits. But it is a moot point. A micro cannula can be used. I am not going to request surgeons to inject in a certain way because a forum member has suggested it, regardless of his status. I don\'t doubt you probably have a wider knowledge base on this subject than many urologists, but on a narrowly defined topic I am not certain . I am waiting for Dr. O, to be honest, and hope he gives a full detailed account of what he is doing. If it proves safer, then we all progress.

Do you think in the video posted Dr Horn is taking sufficient time to ensure he hasn\'t hit a vessel before injecting and if so why. I can show you several other training videos where the instructors all express the importance of that step.
What I can tell you is that the doctors can see blood vessels very clearly in this thin skin, under lighting. The training videos are likely in relation to the face?

Also in 6 years of being on the forum I\'ve only ever advised one person to get PMMA and that was SO. I get asked my opinion on what procedures guys should have a daily basis to put that is perspective.
Statement withdrawn.

@Reklaw on PMMA
To be clear, it isn\'t 7 who have asked for Removal. It is 2 that have asked for Removal and 5 who have asked if their PMMA results can be improved with HA. One that comes to mind is a gentleman who has PMMA accumulate up near the base of the penis, and also around his Circumcision scar.

\"27G needle going through an almost transparent skin layer under medical lamps. Speaking plainly, you can see the blood'vessels'quite'clearly.\"

And how easily can you see them if your patient is a person of color?

I think you need to watch your own video again. Also I have to question if you ever seen the procedure performed with a micro cannula.

The idea that you can see the blood vessells through near transparent skin and therefore it isn\'t necessary to take the appropriate care is absurd.

We\'ve seen in the case of Hunkydory that the filler doesn\'t necessarily diffuse.

Anyway, I can now deal with an issue I\'ve been desperate to do for 2 days.

You are banned. You are banned for having multiple accounts and creating false testimony. On Sunday I received 2 PM\'a both telling me I had to read a post by a member called \"bamcam\" who was \"obviously Androfill posting under a different name.\" It came as no surprise to discover that your geo location details were identical to his. Not only that, they are identical to another \"poster\" calling himself \"Gmac.\"

Unfortunately I couldn\'t ban you there and then as I was aware that you were in the process of trying to make a sizeable donation, so needed to check with SO that this hadn\'t gone through, as it would have caused problems no doubt.

Someone who is prepared to act in the way you have has no place in the medical community. I\'m personally not going to reach out to Dr Horn and explain what has happened, but perhaps one of his patients, maybe Mischiefmkr will. If you have any honour, you\'ll will do it yourself. If Dr Horn is an ethical Dr I\'d imagine that will be the end of his relationship with Androfil.

It\'s so sad that this kind of thing is prevalent in the PE industry. For some reason it seems worse to me this time as it\'s happening in the UK. Deliberately trying to mislead people so they will feel safe when paying for medical procedures that you profit on is seriously low. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I also think you should sill go ahead with the donation, by way of apology.

What\'s funny is when I was looking up how to inject, I watched that same video 6 times thinking that was the right way to do it.

Not to sound like an idiot, but Dr m also uses the 27g needle is it bad? I know everyone always says to ask for cannula and I don\'t think he does.

Signing off.
Refute your statement - what geo location comes up for this bcam? London? Why don\'t you contact him to verify.
Also,

Provide i.p. addresses geo location is inaccurate.

We unfortunately decline to pay the $1,000 \'donation\'.

The board seems to have been responsible for a lot of PMMA. The owners are totally anonymous it could really be run by anyone.

Best wishes Mr Hoddle.

Plenty of members know me personally. I\'ve met with people face to face and had spoken on the phone with lost of members. My posting history on PE forums goes back over a decade and I\'m well known on several sites.

Changing IP addresses is easy. However, some shills don\'t have the sense to realise their geomloaction can still be traced.

Not paying the donation is shameful. Telling SO that you were a confirmed shill made me feel sick, knowing how much work he puts into the board and how often he\'s paid for it out of his own pocket. For once things were going his way and then \"bamcam\" turns up.

SO was well within his rights to take the donation and then ban you. So you should pay at least half.

With regard to board responsibility for PMMA: I was initially curious when PMMA became known to us around 2011 and have researched it for some time. Have rejoiced at the numerous success stories reported on this forum. However, there have also been setbacks and utter disappointments. So, for the past two years or so I have been explicitly against PMMA on this forum, stating a number of times that I would not undergo PMMA bioplasty. And that is indeed my final decision.
