TOPIC: 2 weeks post op with Dr. Heller. Lumpy and depressed.

I\'ve been doing alright: The initial upset has pretty much subsided at this point. Broke up with my gf. Oh well.
I\'ve been applying DSMO (10003 was kind enough to give me his bottle he wasn\'t using anymore) but I haven\'t seen any effects, beyond the skin becoming red and dry. Minimal irritation, though. I\'d post update photos, but it looks all but identical to the last time I posted.

I don\'t think DMSO helps with specific nodules. I think it will soften the entire graft and make it feel more natural. I also think it will help greatly if one has a flare up for some reason, as it works well as an anti inflammatory.

Personally, if I were you I\'d bite the bullet and get on a plane to TJ. Ask Dr C to try and break the nodules up and maybe inject some Kenalog. I suspect he\'d want to add product as well, but personally I\'d just see how breaking the nodules up and Kenalog works out. It probably wont resolve the issue, but I think there is a good chance it will make an improvement. Then I\'d go back in 6 weeks and ask Dr C to even what remains out by adding either more PMMA or S1000. From your photos, your situation seems very fixable to me. But my main advise would be not to try and rush things by having everything done at once. I\'d make a 2 or 3 staged process over a few months.

Id do the following:
1.) Go to TJ and ask Dr C to break up nodules with cannula and inject Kenalog. Wait a month and see how it looks.
2.) If after a month it improves consider a small round (no more than 10cc) of 10% PMMA to even things out. Stay in TJ for at least 3 days so Ian can massage and check for areas that might need a bit more etc.
3.) 6 weeks later, if you still have some unevenness, go back and get S1000 to smooth everything out.

If you\'ve only used half a bottle of DMSO I\'m not surprised you\'ve not noticed any difference because that\'s no way near enough. DMSO has significantly softened the huge lumps of scar tissue I have on my shaft but that took months of use, and I go through a 120ml bottle every 2 weeks! I use it 3 times a day across my entire shaft, I actually noticed an improvement after a month.
If you ignore the advice of Hoddle10 and try find an immediate solution your going to make things worse. There is no immediate solution. You already ignored the advice of this board by going to shitty Heller and look where that got you.
You problem should be quite easy to fix you just need to prepared to spend time effort and $.

is harsh for someone who is really traumatized by a shitty outcome from Heller and probably didn\'t know much about him but was hoping for the best. These Dr.\'s are great and selling you on their services. Someone said that to me after I went to Mirza and I was really pissed as I had seen one great outcome so I thought he is local and good - really wrong about that obviously. I do agree it is 100% fixable and you can get where you want to in the end - I had to have 4 visits to MX to get it done and will probably go back one last time for S1000 in the base. Email Wade and see what he says, I think it will make you feel better to have a strategy.

I was on Valium earlier when said that, I agree it was too harsh and I shouldn\'t have said it, especially when I made the same mistake.

I had 10cc of Restylane injected by Heller 4 months ago. The procedure went exactly like yours did. I too have a large bump area on one side of my penis only noticible in Erect state. One girl I was with pointed at the base and asked why is it small there and big there (where the bump is)... After 4 months Restylane should of been mostly broken down and I should not have this bump area. I think it is scar tissue that formed from the needle injection injury. I remember Heller telling me it should clear up in a couple of weeks (this was a week after the procedure). I think there is a problem with his injection technique. He is injecting too deep, unevenly, and causing too much tissue damage resulting in scar tissue.

I will be going to either Dr. C or Korea to make my Dick look normal again.

The good news is you can get rid or reduce an HA bump really easily with Hyaluronidase - you may want to try and do it gently so you keep some of the original mass.
If he tells you it will go away in a few weeks he is already full of shit. If it is done correctly you should not be walking out with any lumps or bumps. I bought some of

Slightly off topic, but 10003\'s (just change it back it to HD ffs!) post reminded me. But I used Hyaluronidase on myself to get rid of Teosyal. It is quite a stressful thing to do yourself btw. However, I also had some Voluma at the top, just below the glans and I never injected it with hyaluronidase. Anyway, it\'s been almost exactly a year and over the last few weeks I\'ve seen the Juverderm noticeably start to shrink, to the point now I can\'t really detect it. So in my case, Voluma lasted about a year for those interested .

Do you think it\'s possible that the bump is the HA and not collagen? The Dr told me Restylane lasts around 3 months, and it has been 4 months already and I haven\'t noticed the bump get smaller. The bump is also quite hard, not jelly like. I guess I\'ll stop by Heller\'s office to see wgat he says. I remember him mentioning that he offers hyaluronidase injections free of charge if needed.
