Im truly amazed how he still gets patients on a daily basis. So far we\'ve seen 2 people that got lumps from dr heller poor technique. He basically another mirza. He has this big office and a website that shows all these procedures he does but still has no clue what he\'s doing.

I don\'t think Restylane makes collagen - pretty certain it does not in fact. I had Restylane as well - it is one of the lighter HA\'s. I am certain that you can dissolve it almost instantly - and HA is frequently hard btw. He may have injected it too shallowly which is what Mirza did with me so you could see it all and it was quite firm. You can either go to a derm who will do it for you - or buy some online and do it yourself. You just inject it into the mass and it will dissolve. There are techniques like 1 to 1 ratio of saline to hyaluronidase so the amount you inject of the mixture is equal to the mass you are trying to dissolve - sort of a 1-1 ratio so you can control what you are doing. If you just want to get rid of the whole mess do it straight out of the vial. It comes as a powder and you inject saline into the vial - it will tell you how much, shake it and you are good to go. It is pretty safe as it is meant to dissolve HA that blocks a vein. So, even if you got a vein it would make no difference but if you are injecting a lump that would no even happen.

hoddle10 wrote: Slightly off topic, but 10003\'s (just change it back it to HD ffs!) post reminded me. But I used Hyaluronidase on myself to get rid of Teosyal. It is quite a stressful thing to do yourself btw. However, I also had some Voluma at the top, just below the glans and I never injected it with hyaluronidase. Anyway, it\'s been almost exactly a year and over the last few weeks I\'ve seen the Juverderm noticeably start to shrink, to the point now I can\'t really detect it. So in my case, Voluma lasted about a year for those interested .

Interesting but disappointing.

Restylane is not a stimulator filler but the internal \'stretch\' of the HA promotes a small amount of collagen. Restylane usually lasts 6mths to 2 years in the face depending where it is. Or sometimes it seems if there is an issue - it always lasts far longer....

Yes agree with Dr. Oates - go to a professional, it is not a big procedure but much better to have it done by an expert. You only have 1 Dick.

Have you tried pumping. It often help it look more natural and it hides the lumps. Its temporary though.

I think another issue, and something to look out for, is that he has little to no X months later photos of patients that have had these procedures. He takes a nice fresh one when you\'re swollen and symmetrical and passes it off as the result.

also, hey everybody! i\'m back!

so after a LONG hiatus, I have some news. I am slated to see Dr. C in three days. i would have posted sooner, but renewing my passport has been more than a struggle and I JUST got it yesterday! I didn\'t want to post I was going and then have to renege if I couldn\'t travel. I\'ll have my Surface with me, and I\'ll keep folks updated with how it all went/is going.
I hope this can resolve some of the cudgel issues.
