There are techniques like 1 to 1 ratio of saline to hyaluronidase so the amount you inject of the mixture is equal to the mass you are trying to dissolve - sort of a 1-1 ratio so you can control what you are doing. If you just want to get rid of the whole mess do it straight out of the vial. It comes as a powder and you inject saline into the vial - it will tell you how much, shake it and you are good to go. It is pretty safe as it is meant to dissolve HA that blocks a vein. So, even if you got a vein it would make no difference but if you are injecting a lump that would no even happen.

Restylane is not a stimulator filler but the internal \'stretch\' of the HA promotes a small amount of collagen. Restylane usually lasts 6mths to 2 years in the face depending where it is. Or sometimes it seems if there is an issue - it always lasts far longer....
