I used a variety of stretchers before pmma , and I made some progress. The X4 is fine, the bib hanger is really difficult to get adjusted, the zen hanger works but seems a little dangerous to me, the size doctor is probably the best of the bunch. After pmma I gave it up. My suspicion is that it gets harder to stretch your penis after a collagen filler, because there’s simply more tissue to be stretched. I don’t know though.

Hi gents

I wanted to see if anyone else has dealt with having a soft glans/venous leak issue after hanging or manual PE when erect.

I started becoming really dedicated to manual PE around 10 years ago and got into heavy wrapping and hanging along with clamping and some occasional air pumping. My glans was definitely taking a little beating once I was maybe 5 minutes or more into hanging with heavy weight. I used heat wraps to warm up and silicon and bandage wrap under my Bib hanger but my glans still occasionally got a little blue/cold. Looking back obviously that seems dumb to have done, even for 5 minutes multiple times but I also think the pressure of having the weight pulling down on a partially engorged glans, may have damaged the veins as well. All in all, I tried to follow exact instructions from other guys on the sites but maybe I was still doing it wrong.

Prior to that time, I recall my glans would fully engorge with an erection but ever sense, my glans is maybe 50-60% full during an erection. I’ve had one girlfriend say something like, “why doesn’t the tip get as hard unless you really squeeze it?” I didn’t really care that much since it didnt affect having sex but now I realize I may have something going on that could be resolved.

If I really flex down hard I can trap the blood in there and get a full 100% for a few seconds but it’s impossible to keep for longer unless I clamp off the base (like I used to do with clamps which may also be part of the cause).

Either way, I’m stuck with about 50-60% glans max in general and it’s smaller than my shaft which is 4.6 EG so I want to address this before I do any fillers.

Has any here successful used or tried any methods to repair something like this? I’ve read about doing a penis Doppler study, nerve conduction testing , shockwave therapy and possibly surgery that can be performed to ligate veins and close iatrogenic shunts(?).

Any feedback?

Any doctors recommended for someone on the east coast to check it out. I was thinking maybe Morganstern.

Morganstern sent me something that they call PSX2. It's basically a less-fancy version of the Phallosan, with tension applied via a leg strap. Their instructions say to work your way up to wearing the device 8 to 10 hours per day after the procedure. I tried on the device, and it seems to apply surprisingly mild tension, so it'd definitely be tolerable to wear for that length of time--I think the bigger issue would be the inconvenience of having to take it on and off.

I've also recently started hanging using a Bib hanger. I want to ask Dr. Carney's opinion regarding hanging as a means of post-surgical stretching, as it seems like the added tension would be much more effective.

I also do not use the "bone pressed" measurements. I do track that number from time to time as a data point though, but i don't use the number in my own goal seeking tracking.

You short answer is , YES, there is the ability to gain length after a procedure. There is no science as to whether it would or would not have been easier to make any gains before having received a filler, so not point in discussing it. There is theory to support both sides.

If you planning to get serious with your PE work, then map out a plan and stick to it or it will not work. Its like losing weight or gaining muscle or building a six pack, it wont happen quickly . And track everything, pictures, measurements from all ways and angles.

What hanger have you found is best? I’d tried the phallosan forte but it wouldn’t stay in place or be concealed enough for me to wear it at work. The noose hanger isn’t bad, just wonder if there’s anything like it but better.

@cushen79
I hated the phallosan personally.
I have different hangers and stretchers depending on what i am doing. For hangers, I prefer compression / clamp styles. Like the Phanger, Bib, Male Hanger, etc.

For stretchers, I use multiple different things depending on where I am going, what I am doing and what I am wearing. Shoot me a message if you want to talk more about what you do and wear etc.
But, suffice it to say, based on how tight your pants are will depend on what you can get away with, sleeves may be your best bet when working. Or, my personal favorite, wearing weights on my penis.

How much weight are you using with the Bib and are you just trying to keep it extended or actually gain some length? I've been using the bib for a little bit. Finally started gaining after months of nothing using my penimaster.

The doctor gave me a zen hanger system. It is a noose noose style, which I used until my soreness got better. I use a bib hanger now, with the weight set from the zen. Is a pretty decent setup. I try to do one 20 minute session at night, then shower with my bath mate for 15 minutes. I try to do a session every morning, as well, but lately I have not waken up in time.

In terms of trying to minimise the retraction, I'm not a newbie to PE. While I wasn't aware botox was an option for that, I have spent the last 10 years using the Andropenis, the Jes extender, Male Edge & Bib Hanger device. I have gained 0.00cm in all that time. I followed all the instructions by the book and put in all the hours, having had the opportunity to so as someone who works from home designing websites.

I'm the 2% cohort that stretching/extenders won't work for.

It sounds to me that you may be using the wrong diaphragm and sluice for the penimaster. If you are slipping that easily, you likely need a smaller size. You shouldn't really have to use a lot of force to hold yourself in the vacuum chamber. That is likely why you are getting swelling, pain, and ripped diaphragms andsluices.

Also, after you play around with different sizes and finally get a good fit, it takes a little while to be able to add wearing time as you condition your penis. When I first started, 45 minutes was about the limit I could keep it on, but now I can go for 2 hours (or longer) but I still remove it every 1 to 2 hours to make sure everything is OK and get a little extra blood flowing. I am able to keep it on for up to 8 hours now with small breaks to pee or just to get extra blood flow in between.

Keep experimenting with different sizes and keep the tension down when you are starting out. Then as you get more comfortable and conditioned, you can start increasing time and tension.

You may want to consider something like a Bib hangar and see if you like that. It can be a bit fiddly to get comfortable and be able to hang longer with heavier weight as well.

Just for reference, I gained about .75 inch with the penimaster in about 3 months, so it does work and is worth it to take the time to experiment and get it right.

Let us know how it goes

The only significant injury I have ever suffered during all my years of PE came from a Bib. I still have scar tissue on the left side of my shaft from it, almost an imprint from the clamp. Bib hanging is effective, but I feel that the opportunity for error or major injury is lower w vac. Be safe!

I hang with clamp style hangers. ( EG: Bib, P-Hanger ). I have done this after every round. After everything settled of course. I have always felt that mixing up the two styles of hanging is the best. Clamps and Vacs .

I wear sleeves to sleep in. They are my worn out sleeves. Also, for note. I am well conditioned and know my penis very well and what it can take.

I've used Autoextender products for years. I also find their sleeves are well made and affordable compared to others. I'm not sure about other brands but Autoextender let's you select the size of tube you want. I would not recommend using a bib after filler! They are very aggressive at the shaft. Vac hanging would appear to be much safer.

it's basically just a noose with a weight on it that sits behind the glans. Vs a compression hanger like bib's that grips along the whole shaft or a vac hanger like lg that uses a vacuum. I wouldn't advise going heavy with a noose hanger. The one they give you at avanti is light and used more as an ads. It's like enough I wear it comfortably all day just taking off if I start feeling uncomfortable.

Me personally using the noose hanger they provided I used it all waking hours. I wasn't able to use my lg hanger as the new girth was to large for it. I have a bib hanger also that I probably won't use until collagen is through forming. At 3 weeks post op I know that if I wear my extender to tight on the shaft it'll make an indention on my shaft. It quickly goes away but if it actually makes a crevice that leads me to believe that it is still malleable

I had a lg hanger which isn't going to work anymore as my dick no longer fits and I don't want to order another one and then go for another filler op in a few months and that one no longer fit either. So I'm curious what hanger guys that have had multiple ops were using that could adjust for increasing size. I also have a bib hanger but I'm hesitant to use that until I'm sure collagen has formed.

Right afterwards I use a vacuum cup that goes over the glans that can either be attached to my leg with a strap or hung with weights. I usually go back and forth between what I do throughout the day. When hanging I use 2lbs ... so not that heavy -- just enough to keep it extended. I will include some pics tomorrow.

My problem is finding an stretcher that fits when the healing process is over. I used to really like using an ADS but mine is now way too narrow -- I got stuck in it the last time I tried -- and I can't find one for larger girth dicks.
