TOPIC: PMMA injection for Glans enhancement can be done

I have a question for Dr Cho. And that question is did he ever have a case of Nodule formation using LIpen D as for example other fillers are known to sometimes form nodules when injected near the surface of the skin. This is important to consider, especially as the filler is used only a few millimeters under the skin in the glans. It would be great if you could question him for this or any other potential side effects from Lipen D, and the percentage of cases when mild, average or severe instances are observed.

Also, from his reply it seems that there is NO glans size increase during Erection. In fact he says that the glans looks larger proportionately to a Flaccid than when Erect. This means that one gains a bit from the injection in Flaccid state, and one retains this size during an Erection. Hence one\'s glans will not be larger when Erect than when Flaccid, but it will however still be larger than it was before any treatment.

I\'m posting it because I (somehow) just noticed it for the first time today. I\'ve never, ever been to their site before, never knew it existed. Smartman posted that link on page 3 of these forums, yet even after reading every post in this thread two times over, I somehow still missed it. That just goes to show the value in re-reading threads and information here on these forums. There have been several \'Eureka\' moments I\'ve had when researching PMMA, glans enhancement, etc - moments that I did NOT have when reading through the information for the first time. I think that in order (for me at least) to be truly knowledgeable about these topics, I definitely MUST read the topics more than once. For me this is the same with progress reports, clinical studies, and threads like this. There are always VITAL, CRITICAL details that I catch the second time around but somehow miss the first time reading, perhaps because of the initial \'information shock\' that a newbie can get when delving into a topic of the unknown.

I\'m kind of babbling here, but I think it\'s a vital point. If you want to have ideal results you have to put in the damn work and read, and RE-read. At least, my stupid brain requires it - some of you may absorb information better than myself. Damn, this procedure has me excited. Could be a great excuse for me to travel to Korea and check out the women there. God damn I\'ll be so tall (actually I\'ve heard that lots of Koreans are tall and that the short asian stereotype is usually more oriented with mainland Chinese. But who cares - a boy can still dream about being extra tall in Korea).

It\'s this inquisitive nature, this need to re-read and & re-analyze that nourishes our forum\'s contents, and I\'m glad you see this. Furthermore, Smartman is one of the top 3 most resourceful members we have on this forum (alongside Hoddle & Miracle), so it comes as no surprise.

I had the same fervor, interest, & tenacity as you did smalljay when I first started this forum, and I\'m glad this attitude persists in some of our newer-generation members.

Glans enhancement is still relatively risky, despite Dr. Cho\'s advancements. Whatever advancements may come of age, it requires a motivated group of members to do the necessary research & discovery so that new methods become just as viable as current ones, much the same way our Pioneers gave way to PMMA.

This website does give a lot of hope on the procedure.. I am really looking forward to PMMA + Lipen D in the near future.

You are dealing with PE and a Dr from another culture and a different language so I think you may not get an exact answer, but please keep trying. It will benefit all of us.

Any word on a time frame when DrC will offer this?

Dr. C and Wade did make the trip to Korea last year to learn the technique. Then around October (if memory serves) they began offering glans enlargement via a different filler. Maybe HA, I am not certain. This was with the knowledge that it would take some time to get the go ahead to use Lipen-D. I am sure, as in USA, bureaucracy takes time. I am eagerly awaiting this as well, I just wish that it wasn\'t temporary.

I\'m currently stationed in Japan... and am being told that I\'m not \'allowed\' to take leave in Mexico, as a military member. So does anyone have experience with the WB clinic in S. Korea in this procedure?

If I was that close and was able to make it happen, I would give it a shot. The results seem to be extremely impressive.

No it\'s not just your personal taste... Korea does have the prettiest women. No question.

Korea definitely has an abundance of beautiful women although most of the hot ones you see on tv or the internet have had plastic surgery but it doesn\'t bother me. It shows you that the doctors here know what they\'re doing and take pride in their work.

Good news! I have an appointment to see Dr. Cho this upcoming Saturday. He is going to look at my Nodule and I might add a tiny bit of PMMA in some low spots. I will definitely pick his brain about the glans enhancement. From what I gather online is that it\'s semi permanent. As in, it will drop about 50% from the original increase after 2 -5 years and then you will retain the other 50% increase. If this is the case, I will probably do it. Looks like the cost is about $3,500 on average. I don\'t want to spend that much and it return to the original size so I will make sure I ask the doctor to clarify.

As for my procedure 8 weeks ago with Dr. C, I can say that things have gotten better. I still have a big Nodule and some inconsistencies especially under the circ scar but it\'s a hell of a lot better than it was at the first two weeks when I was freaking out.

I also had a my first sexual experience with the new unit and it was with a 28 year old Korean women. I had too be slow at first and she complained a bit but after about 10 minutes she was fine and seemed to like a lot..and I mean A LOT! She did comment about the Nodule but not a single fuk was given by me. You know the Asian sounds they make, my neighbors probably thought I was murdering someone. I\'m pretty happy! I think she told her friend about it because know she keeps texting me and wants the D too. Life is back to good!

Guys, not the news that we expected:

Wade: \"I spoke with Dr.C regarding the glans procedure, and unfortunately he does not know when the product registration, or pricing will be available. What we do know is that the product (Lipen-D) is most likely going to be very costly, and the majority of the results may be temporary. There is still substantial investigation needed.\"

We need a member from here to go to that Korean doctor, and write up a progress report
