They had a waiting list before they even went, so they were either optimistic or trying to be well planned in case they liked it. Interested to see what their actual response from the trip will be. And damn, really just want to see some pics.

My biggest concern after any safety issues have been addressed with this procedure, is the sensitivity going to change and if so to what degree and how will it change. This is the most sensitive part of a man and most enjoyable, mess it up and you are in a world of hurt!!!!!!!!!!

So if people are on this waiting list... Any word on price of the procedure? Anyone have a date set? Personally I\'m going to wait to see a few results before I even consider it.

I know there are some Dr\'s in the States in \"MedSpa\" offices that do temporary fillers for the glans. And I know the place I heard is not that expensive either.

no. I looked at their website and they don\'t even advertise it, but when you go in, they say they said they do it. They use the same temporary fillers as they use for the face. I don\'t know if its just that one place, or others too.

Wade sent me an email saying that they would probably begin performing this in October and he has a list of people to send into regarding the procedure.

Yes, we emailed 2 or 3 times in the past week. He said that is what they are anticipating, but I have not heard if they made a final decision yet or not.

Hyaluronic Acid is not permanent. It will be absorbed by the body over time. You would probably need to get it done annually from what I have read. I guess the timing would depend on your body and how quickly it absorbs.

Hmm if they are offering it soon, any word on cost?

We are currently working on the registration of Lipen-D in Mexico, which can take over one year to complete.
Lipen-D is comprised of micro-spheres of dextran suspended in carboximethylcelulose, and Radiesse is comprised of micro-spheres of calcium hydroxylapatite suspended in carboxymethylcelulose. We know from the manufacturer that CaHA lasts for 18 months in the face, and we expect that the glans will last just as long or longer.
We will be using 6 boxes of Radiesse, (9cc), at a cost of $500 per box, totaling $3,000 as an introductory price for this procedure.

So, they can\'t do the procedure until registered right? So we\'re looking at least a year out? I live right next to Korea, I wish there was more information available in english.

Yeah from reading previous pages of this thread it has been said that Lipen-D lasts over 2 years and seems to be a more successful temporary filler overall for Phalloplasty than Radiesse.
