@Hoddle10

Thank you for sharing that. If I had the time and money I would pursue PMMA no doubt, but unfortunately I don\'t have that right now. So the most convenient option is FFT. Maybe in future if my FFT for some reason is not satisfying then I would for sure go the PMMA route. Do I have to remove FFT before going the PMMA route or its ok to put PMMA on top of FFT and will it be effective?

@ SO

You are right, the risks are acceptable considering my Girth. However, I think FFT is the least risky among every other procedure. Dr viel strongly said no PMMA due to after effects but I will still go with it if FFT fails.

I would also like to reiterate that with 3.8\" Girth I had a wonderfull sex life. I can last forever and very good technically (given multiple orgasms to my partner) considering I have two kids too and my wife never complained. If my wife knew that I am considering such type of procedures she is going to me. But I do feel that enchaning Girth further will bring new excitment in our lives and will be pleasurable for us. So in short I am willing to take risk with either FFT or PMMA.

I don\'t see why it would effect gains, but might increase post op swelling. But I was talking more about not getting circed for the Girth. You may have to for length, but in my opinion that would be a terrible trade off. If you ever decide to have a Girth procedure, look at those who have been Circumcised and those who haven\'t. Guys who have been Circumcised tend to have a much more natural looking result as they have compliant skin right the way up the shaft.

You\'re saying don\'t have Circumcision for Girth because it looks more natural? doesnt make sense lol

When you remove the Foreskin there is less compliant skin for the fat (or any injectable) to go under. The circ scar line also can be slightly restrictive as fibrotic tissue doesn\'t stretch as well. If you look at the PMMA results, you\'ll often see contour issues at or above the circ line and at the base. The skin at the base can often get pulled up slightly, to compensate for the skin removed during the Circumcision. So the skin at the base and above the circ lin is different to that on the rest of the shaft, which be nature is designed to stretch and thus is better for injecting under.

I don\'t think you should get the lig cut at all. Who is going to do it?

Mr Viel. It is for Flaccid gains, to give me more confidence when i\'m showering in the gym etc...

But often the V/Y incision will mean you can\'t shower and will lack even more confidence. I\'ve been embarrassed about mine for 15 years. Messageman has spoken about dimming the lights for sex, due to his scar. The last guy I know who had the V/Y with Viel was Frankbean. Last time I heard from him he was hoping to have the scar reconstructed.

In America I think only Rodney Barron still performs the V/Y incision. It\'s been about 15 years since the vast majority have stopped using it.

What is the alternative incision?

Do they do it differently in Serbia or anywhere in europe?

You don\'t have to have it done. What are your current stats?

Honestly the V/Y is a horrible incision and prone to poor healing.

The alternatives are to go abroad for a transverse incision or a scrotal incision. The scrotal seems to be by far the best, but it is well known, yet very few surgeons do it. This worries me and makes me think that it could potentially be dangerous.

I wouldn\'t have the lig cut in the UK. David Ralph doesn\'t do it often and the results he published showed small gains. Mr Viel uses V/Y incision. UGRS charge an absurd amount and treat potential patients badly if they ask too many questions.

I\'m not advocating you get FFT. But if you are determined to have something done in the UK, then get FFT without the lig cut.

@hoddle10

Does FFT requires V/Y incision or this is done only for leg cut? Please let me know because I am seriously considering FFT now?

Thanks

No V/Y is just for the lig cut. No incision is needed for FFT.

It seems strange that Mr Viel still uses this incision if the healing is so poor. I am finding it difficult to find legit surgeons with a good rep, abroad that do lig cut and FFT. But I defo want it done though.

Length is about 4inchs Flaccid.

Dr. Giunta near Washington D.C. is an option. He\'s been doing it for a while and specializes in FFT (I believe he still offers ligs too). It\'s abroad but definitely an option.

I can\'t recall off the top of my head, but does anyone know what type of incision Dr. Giunta uses?

Thanks, but there is no way I am travelling to the US, just for a lig cut.
