Regardless of my MegaFill treatment I\'ve come to the conclusion that allograft surgery and scaffold surgery are way more safe than any kind of permanent/ semi permanant filler.
If fillers go wrong you will have to have the most invasive surgery imaginable to remove it that will leave your Cock smaller than before, full of internal scarring and unable to ever have penis enlargement again.
