If you do get lumps they wont be in skin surface so it\'s not worth having them removed. It\'s better to have something contour over them or try and break them up with a needle.

Basically, you wont \"need\" to get it cut out. You might not like certain aspects, but in my experience there are better options than Removal.

If I could go back and time (and I can\'t begin to tell you how much I\'d love to do that) and would never have had the fat removed. I would never have gone to Miro Djordevic or David Ralph. When I finally made the decision to do something about my situation the old yahoo surgical group was still in existence and there was a guy (know to us now here as Smartman) talking about PMMA. For a brief second I was tempted by this as a way of evening out the lumpy, bumpy fat I had remaining. But I didn\'t like the idea because it was synthetic. So I decided to go to Serbia and have scaffolds with \"fat contouring.\" Big mistake. The surgery was more invasive than PMMA Removal would have been! Not only that, but the \"contouring\" which was meant to leave a smooth finish, made the fat more lumpy, the scaffolds produced zero new tissue and my circ scar was twisted. I ended up more deformed than when I started.

I then waited a year before consulting with a urologists in London, who all suggested cutting all the fat out. Again I considered PMMA, but instead I went ahead with Removal. But when cutting the fat out, lots of fascia was also removed. Scar tissue formed between the skin and bucks fascia, causing no end of new problems.

This could all have been avoided if I\'d just gone and had a few ml of \"dangerous\" non biological filler! With hindsight, my issues could have been resolved with less than 5 ml of 10% PMMA. Now Silikon1000 is available even better! But even today, I seriously doubt there is a single Urologist in the whole UK is would suggest such a course of action. They\'d nearly all recommend surgery, as if the exact same surgery wouldn\'t be needed to remove a few ml of PMMA or Silikon1000!

Sorry of my rant went a bit off topic from what you were asking, it\'s just I\'m particularly pissed off at the moment and am having a tough time dealing with this shit.

Well I\'m in better spirits today, felt fucked in the head yesterday. The shape of isn\'t great at the moment but I can live with it, if I do have any problems in the future I\'m just guna have fuckloads of that dmso, if it does go wrong in like 10 20 years Urology will have probs advanced quite a bit and theyl probs be a solution. I think it\'s fair to say from hoddles experience it\'s best to avoid Removal at all costs
