@Reklaw
Thanks Reklaw for sharing!
It\'s really amazing how cylindrical it looks and your Dick does not look to have any bumps etc., ?
Have you noticed any loss of sensation?
When you have sex, is it painful - for you that is?
Does it take longer to orgasm

Best of luck Reklaw - thanks once again!
PS: You might want to stock up on large condoms - unless you know the Russian for this

Does anyone have a link to what exactly is MegaFill? I mean what is the chemical composition or ingredients of it? I have searched the forums and can\'t find anything. Nothing on Dr Koreas website either.

Does anyone have Dr. Kim\'s email address? I am considering getting his opinion on some nodules that I have. One is just like a pea I can pinch and move around. I might have to get it cut out I think.

Ok, I\'ve been thinking about it and have concluded this is scam.

Common sense tell us it\'s a scam, yet our desire to find a safe way to enlarge the penis often blinds us from spotting very obvious red flags. I\'m usually pretty good at spotting these things, but my I\'ve been a bit of mental wreck the last few months so haven\'t been thinking straight. But this is just like the Elist implant all over again. I\'m not saying is dangerous in the way the Elist implant is, but that the obvious warning signs are there, we are just refusing to see them.

Try and think about this rationally and objectively, without emotion.

Is it really possible that a safe, permanent, soft tissue filler has been created, that has been on the market for a few years and isn\'t the most popular product in cosmetic surgery history? Isn\'t the rational answer to that question \"no?\"

For example, look what happened when Macrolane was released in the UK and that was only temporary. Right from the launch hundreds of clinics were offering it. Yet where is Megafill is Korean cosmetic surgery? There are plenty of easy to access Korean plastic surgery sites and I can\'t find any offering it. It makes no sense at all. What possible reason is there for it not being the number 1 filler in Asia?

The holy grail of cosmetic surgery is a safe, permanent soft tissue filler. It\'s every plastic surgeons and every patients dream. Yet I can find zero evidence of any attempts to bring this to the US market. It makes zero sense. Rationally thinking something doesn\'t add up here does it?

The only way in which the market reaction to Megafill makes sense is that if it is in fact just a temporary filler, just like Cymtera. From my research Cymtera last from between 6 months to 18 months (some report some filler there after 2 years). Optimum87\'s gains were down to \"very minimal\" by 11 months of 21 cc. Isn\'t that perfectly in keeping with other injectable dermal matrix products?

It seems to me as if the cosmetic surgery industry has reacted to Megafill as if it\'s just another allograft dermal matrix filler. The only patient we know of that has had it long term had a result like it was just another allograft dermal matrix filler. The only people we know of telling us it\'s permanent are the same people who 2 years ago were saying injectable PLGA was permanent, which we now know isn\'t the case. Surely alarm bells must be ringing here! Every issue I\'ve just raised here was true of injectable PLGA. Why wasn\'t that the most popular product in the world, if it was safe and permanent? The answer was that it wasn\'t permanent and thus was inferior to the range of soft tissue fillers already on the market.

I\'d be absolutely stunned if Reklaw gains weren\'t significantly less after a year and pretty much zero after 18 months. If that isn\'t the case than the world of cosmetic surgery is unaware that the holy grail has been found in Korea, and the chances of that happening are close to zero.

No matter how much you want this to be true, ask yourself, it it likely that a safe, permanent soft tissue filler exists and virtually nobody knows about it? Or is it infinitely more likely that the world of cosmetic surgery is fully aware of another generic dermal matrix filler?

There are so many red flags here.

I have to say that I thought it was odd that there virtually nobody that offers it other than 1 doctor in Korea, at least from what I could tell on a search.

it seems that you are right, hoddle. The only way to be sure, anyway, would be to have more people reporting through a period of time of a year/ a year and a half...where are the threads of the other people reporting?

it could very easily be a scam...anyway it wouldn t be bad to refill it every year knowing you would have no complications nor problems

The more important is \"where is the industry hysteria?\"

Why would anyone in Korea ever have any other sort of filler or implant material? Why would anyone ever go through surgery for cheek or chin implants when this is available. Why would any use fat grafts for the buttocks etc. Who would want temporary wrinkle filler?
