never thought I will post again , but thinking of benefit might help for anybody who thinking go with Dr Kim , so I will post just this time , any question Reclaw have the same knowledge so please ask him , so here is my experience with Dr Kim .
Email urdoc ; boa bla bla I want get 35 ml = 5k
They confirm appointment and respond email pretty quick , they need fly info , hotel info to confirm driver pick up .
If you guy go I recommend 4 star riverside hotel , 5 min walk to Dr Kim office , if you book online cost about $70 .
Meeting Dr Kim at his remodeling office is scary , no sign , bunch of contractor working with decoration , desk in front . but look like going a nice office when they done .
Ask him some questions , he say he been doing Megafill for about 4 -5 years , I ask is there any case that he would need remove Megafill because infection , body reject it ? He say no , never before and He say why i ask those question when I already fly over here to get it done ? Thinking to my self .....well if I don\'t like or feel not right I rather loss couple hundreds rather my dikk right ?
Ok my appointment at 1pm , so he tell me go back to hotel clean up and meet him back at 4 pm .
Now the fun part : he show me 14 box of Megafill and he mix it right infont of me , but I forgot count it when he inject , hey we pay a fortune for it right ? I ask what he mix with , He say he mix with water ???
So he inject the numb shot , which is hurt a little , not too bad , and he inject Megafill after that .
I ask do I need come back to see him , he say no , you are good ??? But I email him the last day before I leave and he happy to see and check it , but everything was good , it\'s just I\'m too careful . And I was able walk back to hotel after that .
Now the good the bad and the ugly about journey .
Quick respond , Dr Kim is nice , staff is ok , office and staff is very sanitize .
Only hurt a little when he inject numb agent .
The bad is no after care instruction or he assume everything is ok so you don\'t need to see him . But if you ask him , he will gladly see you .
So before my is 6 x 4.5 , now after 2 week 6 x 5.5 . And Reclaw was right , just do 35 ml and if it\'s uneven you can come back and refill uneven part with other 35 ml .
And the Megafill seem set faster for me , I can move little but only in certain area , I can\'t push it out of the area where dr Kim inject it .
And don\'t try make shape because they will look funny , uneven , so now I just try use the 2 hand to roll up and down , sideways until it\'s all round up .
So until now everything is good and if Reclaw and some members done it a year ago with no problem then we just hope it will stay this way .
So final , I would recommend Dr Kim overall ,, and if the Megafill can last a long time with no trouble down the road then I will happy ever after .

This is an excellent report. I\'ll be doing some more research on megafill. Before, I just didn\'t dig some cow\'s fluid or flesh in me. However, if it will do what I want and is much cheaper than HA then what the hell about cow\'s fluid?

Is it temporary though? I didn\'t get that part clearly ...

I don\'t quite understand why a Circumcision is required when getting large amounts of Megafill. Is it something to do with the Foreskin not being able to retract after the procedure?
Seriously considering getting Megafill done, but definitely do not want to get the Circumcision procedure done.
Any replies would be appreciated.

If you decide to have MegaFill what will happen is Richard will tell you that a Circumcision will not be required then when you get to Korea Dr Kim will cut it off anyway, he\'s done this to every uncut person I know who gone to him, my friend went there and he cut his off after only 21ml and he gave him a dorsal slit!
I would love to go into more detail but I\'m busy at work.
Also MegaFill is not tissue engineering.
The guys a conman in my opinion.

When I say a dorsal slit I mean he cut my friends Foreskin in half then left quite a lot of the Foreskin attached, not quite as bad as the picture below but not far off.

Anybody knows what type of filler is MegaFill? Is it permanent (like PMMA)? Or is it semi-permanent (like Ellanse)? Or is it temporary (like HA)? I\'ve read all of the posts in this thread, but I still not found an answer.

I think it\'s unpredictable just like allograft, with some people it seems to wear off immediately and others it seems to last for years.
If mine keeps on reducing at its current rate it will be gone in about 4/5 years.
My advice to anyone watching this would be to forget about MegaFill.
I think Ellanse/Radiesse and HA are the only temporary options worth paying an interest in at the moment.
