I think most of us would just like to know how permanent it is... Annoyingly his website claims the product is absolutely not going to be absorbed or whatever....Is That a lie then?
I\'m thinking of doing it in 6 months but this thread is unfortunately the most credible source I, and probably all of us, can find. The opinions and results written here will ultimately decide whether I go ahead or not...

The reason my posts seemed 2 sided is because I\'ve been completely scammed by Dr Kim and Richard, I stopped believing all their lies about 2 months ago.

Also I don\'t think the stuff is guaranteed to wear off evenly.
And yes that particular statement you\'ve read off the website is a complete lie.
If anyone has had this procedure because of my early posts and you are unhappy with the result then I\'m truly sorry.

I am curious as to how this works out for 6clubs... Maybe a smaller amount twice will be more consistent.

@ReklawHm.. So you think that 4-5 years after your procedure, your Girth will return to 11 cm (your starting size) with no permanent gains at all?

At some point I\'m pretty confident my penis will return to 11cm.
Unfortunately i don\'t think it\'s guna wear off evenly, and I might have a few little lumps that might persist for years.
Basically I don\'t think it\'s that different to fat injection.

Cognizant of reklaw\'s plight, I had 21 ml injected two months ago and it looks just fine. There\'s a slight lump at the base on the right and under the glans on the left but they smoothen out when Erect and/or after massage. I did follow directions and refrained from sex for the first six weeks.
Dr. Kim told me it really takes bout six months for the penis to \"come on its own,\" so to speak, and he\'s probably right because it\'s shaping up quite nicely. I am thinking of having 3 ml of HA injected into the glans and perhaps a final 7 ml of megafil to round it all out, but that probably won\'t be before six months, which is when the penis would have ostensibly its permanent shape.

Another thread about PMMA suggested pumping low pressure (prob 2-4 hg) for 5 minutes 3 times per day may have a good effect of creating a smooth result with the PMMA. One post even said that Dr. C said a patient that had done this had fantastic results from doing so.

Was this ever recommended to you or did you consider it?

Again, I\'m on page 25 but I\'m wondering if this is, in fact, better than PMMA but maybe do less than you did and then follow a different post op protocol including very light low pressure pumping to provide an even distribution of the product.

I\'m was strongly considering PMMA with Dr. C when I came across this thread. A natural product vs. synthetic that feels like normal penis became very intriguing.

Thought I Need to give you guys an update , because After 1 month , after my body absorb all the water mix with Megafill , now I got a big lump of Megafill on top of my penix when ever it Erect , it\'s look horrible , it\'s look ok when it\'s Flaccid though . I email Dr Kim , he say because I did not massage it enough , but as I post before , he never show me how to do it or what I should do , and it\'s almost impossible to move the Megafill , all you can do is massage to round it up ? But I do massage it couple time a day anyway . And he say Megafill act as a platform for my tissue build on it and it will change shape after 6 months from my understanding ? Which bring to the next topic is why nobody who get it done with Dr Kim on this forum did not mention about the lump after body absorb the water , and the horrible Erect look ? I leave that to The Mod . So for now , I will have to wait to see if the tissues will build up and the Megafill lump will go down or not . So to final , if you not marry yet , DO NOT get it done until my next 5 months report ,because your Erect look will scare all the girls away .

6clubs, any pics to better see problem? Flaccid vs errect. Not sure what the collagen-building phase is with megafill, but a second round should correct problem.

There is no collagen building with MegaFill, all he\'s doing is injecting you with tissue, it\'s no different to fat injection.
The tissue is donor tissue harvested from the bones of dead bodies or people who have operations, which is processed in a lab so it has no DNA imprint, basically it\'s just injectable allograft.
There is no 6 month stage as Richard claims there is, I\'ve got it in my penis and I no for a fact it\'s not tissue engineering, I\'ve just got loads of tissue floating around in my penis. All that happens at the 6 month stage is that the that the stuff softens, and starts to wear off. i didn\'t beleive this at first because I was brainwashed by Dr Kim and Richards propaganda.
In my opinion Dr Kim and Richard are conmen, and I think MegaFill is a well organised and well thought out scam. Dr Kim and Richard deceive and manipulate people throughout the whole process, basically they brain wash you and blame everything onto the individual who has had the treatment, they have preplanned answers for everything, when it goes lumpy they say \"you didn\'t massage it correctly\" and every step along the way when something goes wrong the have an excuse along the lines of \"you didn\'t do it right\" or \"your imagining it\" or \"you need psychological help\" when in reality lumps are an almost guarantee because the technique is a complete fraud.
6 clubs will probably have a terrible time during the next 6 months, then at the 6 month mark when he realises that it\'s a complete con you will be relieved because you will realise that the stuff is going to wear off within a couple of years.
I had a breakdown during the first 6 months after my procedure but now I\'m sat here and I\'m absolutely fine. And I assure you 6 clubs in a few months time you will be in a good place like I am now.

And just for the record I did say it looked horrible Erect and that it was lumpy as my 3rd posting was about the fact that it had gone lumpy, I had a huge gap at the base, that I was unhappy with it in every way and that I felt suicidel, I even posted pictures that clearly shows how lumpy and horrible it looked. You can all see this at the start of the MegaFill thread.

Your lump will definatly reduce over time and will one day completely disappear because all the stuff will reabsorb and your penis will return to normal, how long this will take, I have no idea, I think mine will have completely worn off in 4 years but I had 70ml.
The main thing is that you don\'t do anything stupid like have it removed.
I contacted Dr Gitt from NorthValleyPlasticSurgery before he passed away and he told me Cymetra lasts around 2 years in his experience injecting it but he said he never really injected anyone with more than 30ml.
Dr Kim tells people MegaFill is processed differently to Cymetra, and that MegaFill is tissue engineering and that Cymetra is not,
This is a complete lie MegaFill and Cymetra are exactly the same. Just different brands like Pepsi and Coca Cola.
If we use Dr Gitts time frame for how long Cymetra lasts theoretically 30ml of MegaFill should last 2 years. Obviously this is just an estimate because we don\'t no of anybody who\'s had this product for this ammount of time, and fillers are unpredictable in some people they last longer than others

I havnt got a lot of time to answer this because I\'m off to bed but basically I don\'t think pumping would make a difference in the slightest, or any different aftercare for that matter.
the trouble with all these \"natural\" non stimulatory, irreversible fillers is that they don\'t cling to your dartos and eventually go lumpy, so what\'s the point on having something inside you that\'s \"natural\" when it\'s eventually going to give you a deformed penis, cause you months or years of severe depression, and maybe even needing a Removal operation.
That\'s the way I\'ve come to see it anyway.
