Dr. Ghazi, many hundreds of patients have had PMMA injected into their penises, you\'d be wise to approach the discussion by cutting out all the fear mongering. If you suspect there is reason to believe PMMA has its issues, do so objectively with credible information & data. Also, half your posts (in other threads) have essentially been advertisements for your own injection procedures, so you\'ll have to convince the skeptics amongst us that your dissatisfaction with PMMA stems from science and not bias.

I did not see what this claimed to be dr said...he is fake, he is not a dr till he proves otherwise.

IF you really have something better than PMMA, why don\'t you be a real dr and state your procedure and let us intelligent people, may be more than you, make up our own minds....

Putting baseless fears in patient who already had the PMMA procedure causes some to be psychologically distressed, and even scared shitless....this act goes against your sworn duty, not to cause harm to patients, when you finished your intern ship...I doubt you finished one!

I\'ve spoken with Wade in great detail regarding aesthetic correction with Silikon. I\'m going to try it this summer. Dr. C is very familiar with the micro droplet technique. I have a few hard spots and ridges that I\'d like to have softened. Wade did mention that the skin at the Circumcision area and towards the glans is still challenging to fill even with Silikon. I need PMMA at the base and will likely receive a thin coat of Silikon elsewhere to soften the result. I will most assuredly report my results to the forum. Sorry I\'ve been MIA... I\'m preparing my home for the market to move closer to work. You don\'t want to know what my one-way commute time is.

Size is unchanged. Erections still akin to diamonds. Other than aesthetics and one hard area where microspheres clumped, I am without incident.

I\'ve wondered where you\'ve been. I feel like your PE progeny given that we both started with peyronies.

When did you notice the hard spots showing up? I have so many hard spots after 30% of linnea safe, but it\'s only 2 weeks - so I don\'t know what to make of it. They\'re not injection site nodules....just patches of hardness all over the place. My Dermatologist / friend just said that it\'s too early to know what anything is. Another Dermatologist put 0.1cc Kenalog in a 2-3 huge underside lumps, and they shrunk down 80% after 5 days. He didn\'t want to go to overboard with the Kenalog. My thinking was that it was better to prevent the growth and hardening than to try to treat it once it becomes too big and collagen-filled... but different doctors have different feelings on this issue since it can (potentially) go away on its own and Kenalog can cause Atrophy, though rarely at this dose.

I keep wanting this thread to explode with information and post-procedure images. D: I\'m going to ask Dr. Cho about this stuff, when I see him next week.

They only have about a dozen patients so far that tried it...maybe up to 20 or so by now. It\'ll be a while. They\'re not really pushing it as a big thing.

I don\'t think you have too much to worry about since it has been used in many areas of the body and the micro-droplet technique isn\'t what leads to problems. The problems come from big globs that people inject.

I could be wrong about a dozen...it may be a lot more by now. I think they said a dozen when I was there 6 weeks ago. They only want to do it on the right kinds of patients (anatomically) since it doesn\'t make sense for just anyone.

It will feel fine during sex...just don\'t rush into it. Take as much time as you need. Some guys do things at 4-5 days, but I usually didn\'t try until at least 10 days. I think their instructions say 1 week.

Where did they put the silicone and how much was in there? If you had a tight circ area or something, maybe it made more sense. I decided against it because I didn\'t know how the growth would look and I don\'t want another substance in my penis right now.

What did they say about your curve? And what product / percentage did you get?

By the way I just posted new pics in my journal and you\'ll see that 1 year post R1 and 3 rounds of PMMA left me with the same curve from the start... not much growth, though... but the curve is unchanged.

I was very happy that on my last visit for a round of touch-ups Wade suggested perfecting my results with Silicon Microdroplets. I felt that since my unit already had PMMA what\'s a bit more synthetic in there, especially that it is smaller yet. So I said let\'s roll and he rocked.

He filled gaps under the glans that had hollows. These were not due to PMMA but to birth Circumcision scars. This worked instantly and now it looks perfect. He also used it to fill small hollows left by earlier PMMA rounds. This gives my unit a new perfectly cylindrical surface I am not used to but love. Finally he used these droplets to fill a crease along the base of my unit, where it joins the pelvis. There was a fold there which didn\'t look natural. Now it is perfectly smooth and natural looking. I can\'t vouch for this long term since it was done only a few weeks ago, but I can say that I am very happy with the results and am even considering Silicon Microdroplets as a permanent facial filler now.

I am in agreement with Hoddle. I\'m going to receive Kenalog for some hard areas and minimal PMMA at the base on one side only. From my correspondence with Dr. C, Wade and Dr. Lemperle, Silikon 1000 is safe atop existing stabilized PMMA but not on newly implanted filler. The application technique is key and adds a layer of softness to the firmer PMMA base layer. Just over a week to go! My goodness... My Girth is going to be massive. I was told the Silikon will add approximately 1/4\". That puts me at a max Girth of 7.25\"+.

PMMA cannot be implanted simultaneously with Silikon. Only established PMMA can have Silikon deposited atop it to soften the fibrous tissue. Newly implanted PMMA concomitant with Silikon 1000 IS a recipe for disaster as it thwarts the healing response.

I will be receiving PMMA only at the base. Silikon 1000 will be used to camouflage/smooth some rough areas along the midshaft and to fill out some of the neck area.
