If you use soap to clean the area, rinse thoroughly and dry. Remember you don\'t want anything on the skin, including soap residue.

Do you know if ACV (vinegar) or iodine make more sense for this situation? Is iodine more for dissolving fat?

Do you guys think maybe you should inform Dr. Casavantes, so maybe he can suggest to future patients who are freaking out. I know I\'d be one of those. Soon anyway.

That\'s amazing. I had to stop using it because I have 2 incisions & it was accidentally running into those... but I have got to try again once they are more healed.

Red - did you have nodules that were BB-sized and rock hard, or was your issue more like diffuse hard patches. I just wonder if it helps the rock hard nodules too because those feel almost like pure PMMA...whereas old nodules I had from Metacrill had some \"give\" to them and ultimately went away (as residual inflammation subsided). Some that I have now feel like they won\'t break/dissolve no matter what.

I\'m so pleased about that. It just always made sense to me that DMSO would be great for dealing with lumps etc with PMMA.

I wonder if it\'s worth using even if you don\'t have any specific lumps or hard areas. Obviously if your penis already feels completely natural then it\'s not worth trying. But many say they can feel the material. As I mentioned with me scar tissue, it didn\'t dissolve it, but softened it to the point I\'m glad it\'s there as it feels totally like normal penis, only it gives me a tad more Girth. If I\'d have PMMA, I\'d be tempted to us DMSO for a month, to see if it can make the tissue feel more natural and just smooth everything out.

My Dick looks completely normal now, in fact even better than it ever has been. The implant softened to the point that it feels like a real Dick all over. Soft and hard it is perfect!!

I\'ve stopped using it now but will always have on hand just in case. I am still applying the emu oil every day just to keep it soft

Thanks Red - I\'m gonna use less & just soak the q-tip more and do it that way. Where do you mix it? I\'ve been reading how dmso absorbs everything & I think my glasses would have Jetdry residue on them or something lol... I don\'t even know.

This is gonna sound crazy, but I think one of the nodules is smaller...after 2 applications yesterday. This was in the same area where the pain sensation went away and also where i used the q-tip to massage it for a little while after. Then, when it was dry, I massaged the Nodule a little more with my fingers. I swear it is smaller now - but maybe I\'m hallucinating from the placebo effect. The others didn\'t really change much, but I didn\'t put too much on those or massage them.

I did get a red patch of skin that lasted through to today still- not even where the Nodule went down. Just on one of the firm areas on top. The skin might be more sensitive there or maybe too much liquid got on that spot.

Are you still doing it and still improving?

I just use a very thin coating of the DMSO/ACV from the Q-tip. For me there isn\'t even enough for it to dribble. The soaked Q-tip should be enough as this stuff is pretty strong.

Glad you are already noticing some positive effects! This might just be very good news for many of us who have had PMMA implants.

I just tried the formula with 2 parts DMSO and then 1 part ACV (mixed in a 3ml syringe - no needle, just the opening). I\'ll do 3:1 in a few days just to make sure my skin is ok with it. Then I put emu and castor oil on top.

Interestingly, after 10 min I had a reduction in \"pain\" that I didn\'t even know I had. I never thought I had any pain or discomfort in that area, but then after it was sitting on my skin for a while - it suddenly felt more relaxed or something. It could be the oil moisturizing the skin, I guess. I am only doing the left side with the major nodules for now - and I can even tell the difference between the two \"pain\" wise. I never consciously paid attention to \"pain\" cuz it wasn\'t pain...but it was something that didn\'t belong.

I smell like salad...I didn\'t use that much vinegar but - yea. Strong smell.

I had a hard time putting it on and not having it run down my leg and stuff. And the q-tip kept absorbing it entirely - but eventually I\'ll get the process down.

Thanks - I ordered the same one you\'re having success with. I never heard of them before, but apparently they\'re a massive global company. I got the rest of the stuff from amazon and GNC. I posted some questions in your progress thread about exactly how you applied it.

@restoration

I used 99% fragrance free DMSO from Biovea.com. It\'s their own brand

Wow. I have to try this asap.

Which brand of DMSO did you use? Did you get it off amazon or what\'s the best source?

I can\'t believe this is more effective than injected Kenalog! That\'s crazy...and great. Hopefully I can avoid excisions too. Once this stuff softens - I am never going back for more...not after this round. Anyone here has permission to kill me if I do.

WOW - HUGE difference after only 2 days of DMSO/ACV, emu oil and castor oil 3 times a day. The swelling and bulging is completely gone and only a small portion of the \"turtle shell\" is still palpable when soft. When Erect it\'s still visible but not nearly as bad as it was 2 days ago.

Thanks Hoddle I am so grateful! This has saved me a trip to Tj.

I always think its the DMSO that is having the main effect. Once i squirted some on the wall by accident and it took the paint off! I just added the other stuff as I read online that is how people use it to soften scar tissue.

It doesn\'t dissolve fat. If it did that no one would ever get liposuction. It would be one of the best selling products in the world.
