TOPIC: PMMA REMOVAL

I plan on using the silicone sheets right now for a month or two then I will switch to the gel I recommended. I will use that gel until the scar looks really good.

Hey man I\'m sorry about the problems, and you obviously need to get the bleeding and open stitches looked at, but you need to put this in perspective.

You\'ve just a had a pretty invasive surgery. We\'re talking many months to a year for healing and relative normalcy to get back.

Unless you plan on dying next month you have nothing else to do but wait. It will get better. And if the scars noticeable you can always see another doctor and get it revised.

Again we have our whole lives to deal with this stuff.

James thx man. This whole process is a marathon, not a sprint and I\'ve realized this. Its about the keeping the area clean from infection and let the body naturally heal it. Once it closes up, I can begin scar treatment. The scar is something I\'m gonna have to accept and live with.

So far this whole experience has been life changing. 2 weeks ago post surgery was the worst I\'ve ever been. I thought that a noticeable scar and awkward looking penis would mean id never be able to sleep with another girl, have a gf, get married and enjoy life the same. I thought my life, at age 26, was over. Today, the healing continues and I know I can most likely get PMMA to lightly fill back in the area that was uneven. Things are going to turn out okay. I cant wait to get back out there and hit on girls, make money and just grab life by the Balls. Once you\'ve been to hell, getting back to heaven feels that much better.


I\'m gonna treat myself carefully with scar gel and other things and hope to minimize it as much as possible. I\'m hoping that in a few months I can go back to dr c. However, his website says since ice had penile surgery, id have to go through a lengthy evaluation process before being accepted. This sort of scares me. Has anyone who had penile surgery then went to Dr. c for PMMA been turned down because of it?

How old would you say Dr. Reed is?
There aren\'t many pictures on the net of him, but I\'m thinking 75+, maybe I\'m wrong. Seems like a good guy. I do have reservations having a surgeon of that age cutting me open. As there have been studies showing past 65, surgeons skills degrading quickly. In Yung\'s case, I wouldn\'t think twice as it didn\'t seem like a big deal. I have been thinking of going to him, he said he thought he could help me out.
Another thing I think is very weird about his practice is only accepting money orders and cash. No credit cards. Generally when that is the case the product/service is illegal or something is fishy, IMO. It\'s not like he is running a flea market stand, he could definitely offer credit card service if he wanted.

He\'s not 75. I\'d say he\'s in his sixties.

Everything seemed legit to me the only fishy thing was that his secretary, Anne, is also a nurse and assists with the procedure.

So, after 3 successful surgeries with the same reconstructive Urologist - today, when he removed PMMA, he did EXACTLY what Reed did to you, despite at least being told 4 times verbally and in writing and via photo not to do that. He literally cut chunks of PMMA out of my penis in the Flaccid state...despite me asking numerous times only to take off the hard plastic-feeling outer edges an/or to do the procedure (or at least mark the nodules) Erect, because they stick out entirely differently Erect.

Now, there are holes I can put my finger into...and he didn\'t even get the edges of the nodules, so some the freakish hardness (that I wanted to get rid of to begin with and was doing this for) is still there! But, but the middle mass which actually gave Girth & didn\'t cause problems under the hard shell (way back to Round 1) is missing entirely! When this heals, I think it\'s going to be worse than pre-op. It\'s already a mess. I couldn\'t deal with the bizarre ridges and mounds of PMMA, but I didn\'t think he\'d manage to make it worse. He said there was no way to cut out \"part of the Nodule\" ... complete BS. It has been done before by many people. It just takes longer.

Erect on left...can\'t get Erect now due to stitches, but look where the furthest point out is now vs. where that is on my pre-op Dick. The PMMA was taken out all through this area too. The wavy lines are from the bandage.



I don\'t know if this pic conveys this that well, but I\'ve had nodules removed before. This was literally hacking out all the PMMA in the entire lower left - not removing the Nodule or taking the hardened part off the top.

Restoration I\'m sorry your feeling this way but I must say by the looks of it, the right side looks much better than the left.

Again, idk what it feels like but it looks much more even, albeit less girthy. Do other people agree with me?

I see the nodules and thats bull shit he didn\'t take em out. How much did he charge you?

I\'m going to my doctor tomorrow so he can refer me to a Urologist. Maybe you should go to..

I think comparing Erect to Flaccid wasn\'t showing the issue.

These are both Flaccid & stretched. The top (right pic) tapers like that because he revised a scar on the left, so the skin got pulled in for now.

A BIG chunk of PMMA from the lower left was taken out. Seriously about 1.5 CM deep...

Anyway, I\'ll know in a few weeks when I can have a normal Erection and the swelling is gone - but the PMMA is completely gone from that spot - not above or below it - so it can\'t end up looking good Erect.

I waited 1 year before having this surgery, because that\'s what he said he wanted me to do to see how everything settled... and then lo and behold. Anyway, maybe the pic looks ok - but in 3D it\'s not good.

I also have a 1 Inch lump of scar tissue, sometimes I feel like cutting it out with a knife

@reklaw: Besides that lump your Dick looks really good. Unless you kind of push up and pronounce the lump does it somewhat blend in? Or is it pretty obvious all the time?

so this is me 19 days post op
It was infected after the first week but that subsided. The healing process is slow that\'s why its still open. I was told not to get more stitches and just let it heal.

Reklaw you have a tough decision to make.

Reklaw, your lump looks almost exactly like mine did and in the same place too (mid shaft). Mine was a lump of hardened fat that I had for several years. I had surgery a month ago today to remove it.

To be honest with you the lump doesn\'t bother me that much, I\'m not going to have it surgically removed.
I had sex with a Nigerian hooker last week and she thoroughly enjoyed my deformed Cock.
