They never took my mug shot either...if they wanted to, I would have questioned as to why....

They always took pictures of my unit but I made them show then to me to make sure there wasn\'t a face shot.

Hi all.

First update in months and months and months.

Where do I start.

Well first thing is. I\'ve booked my round 3. I\'m going in 2 days.
I\'d put PMMA on the back burner for quite a while, going through an emotional roller coaster about the whole thing. (Well that\'s a bit strong) but ups and downs, PMMA has its advantages and disadvantages.

Most of my concerns after round two have gone away, namely my shaft skin feeling locked in place. This has loosened up and feels pretty good again. When Erect things are pretty uniform and groin pain and irritation went away fairly quickly.
My Foreskin loosened up and streched quite nicely and I can now retract it to and fro at will except when I\'m retracted, it takes more screwing with then.

On the downside though

I reported some itching and redness towards my glands, the itching went away as I said but the redness never has, it just looks a little inflamed, I think its related to the fact that It feels like I have some PMMA in my Foreskin, I think I resd somewhere that closer filler is injected to the surface, the more irritation you\'ll have. It\'s totally fine though there\'s no pain and it\'s not really noticeable. Finally on the downside front I\'ve got a few ridges and bumps and areas of softer and harder skin. I spoke with Dr N and she told me that\'s what round three is four. So we\'ll see where we are in a few days.

I am undecided how much PMMA I want. I still want to get over 6 mid and more at the base giving me a bit of a taper but at the same time I want to fix the imperfections. I\'ll see what she recommends. Also money is tight too. The last trip cost a fortune in flights etc due to the last minute Rush of it all. I was thinking anywhere between 6 and 10 cc\'s but then maybe a whole another 15.... We\'ll see. I got my flights waaaaaay cheaper this time, plus this time of year a hotel was sooo cheap. Like '25 ($35 approx) for what seems to be quite a nice hotel near the clinic.

I asked the Dr how much she would recommend for my round 2 and she said 7 ml. It makes me think though, isn\'t that too little? After all, all the journey, stress, post op limits, no sex for months, you\'d really like to see a difference. Although at this point I just want natural look. Let us know how this discussion will go.

Ok. I\'m back at the airport after round 3. I\'ve had a conservative 9cc\'s 30%. Party due to a wish to not over do it. But also because I\'m done spending so much money on my tallywhacker. Then they asked her why she became a doctor and she said she spent half of her childhood in hospitals as she had severe and chronic ear infection and she idealized the doctor who was performing several surgeries to heal the infection and he was her motivation. Then they asked her how she became aesthetics surgeon and she said that in 1989 she worked in a Prague (famous) hospital, she got an offer to do some additional studies in Spain for a few months and since she\'s fluent is Spanish she accepted it but then she was hurt in some firework accident in San Sebastian so she had to stay there for longer and then she got a job in university clinic in Seville. Since she is a NTE (nose, throat, ear) dr, and she always like to perform a nose surgeries, it was close to aesthetic surgeries. And through the Spanish hospital she went to seminars to Rio de Janeiro when she attended session on the implants she\'s now using and then back in Spain she completed masters in aesthetic and anti-aging medicine and then she opened her private clinic. And the last question was on the inborn or accident defects surgeries and she said there was a guy who was a soldier in Afghanistan where he lost arm and leg and some muscle mass on his body in an explosion so he was attending her clinic for a year to help him to improve the looks. After time, she got a wedding invite from him and she was happy as she felt this is why she likes her job. At the very end are details where she was born (Litomerice in Northern Bohemia), she has masters in NTE from Charles University in Prague, she lives in Czech Rep and in Spain where she has private clinics and her daughter is a EU lawyer working in Brussels.
