Great to see that your issues have died down to fixeable aesthetic concern, man. Hopefully the next round will be the final fix for ya. Are the squishy pillows only noticeable to you or do you believe others could notice?

I completely agree that it’s super concerning that a few more issues have come to light recently regarding AD. Unsure if it’s just the statistical nature of the beast evening out a bit or a clear change that’s causing the recent uptick.

I think it would have to be palpable in a hand or mouth but no one has mentioned it, even when I ask for feedback/thoughts. My wife knows it’s there but she’s been present for the entire roller coaster progression from day one. I’m seeing a partner next week who doesn’t know I had the procedure so that will be interesting to see if she notices anything.

I think while they must be able to feel it, men’s junk has lots of veins and surface irregularities and floppy skin folds etc. You’d have to really investigate to conclude this was anything other than one of those. I’ll put up some photos soon but it’s hard to see in pictures.

Hoping other recent Avanti guys start posting their W’s so we can see some balance. And more than anything hoping all the guys who have had this issue with them lately see similar reductions to mine.

It’s been ten weeks since my procedure and the results appear to have stabilized. Erect length is back to 6” where it started. Flaccid hang is dramatically improved bc the filler prevents retraction in addition to adding Girth. And the main benefit of course is the Erect Girth, which is 5.5 or 5.75” at the base, 5” MS and 4.75 at the circ line.

My big complaint as all who have followed my story know is the bulge on the underside and right side of the base where it meets my scrotum. Or I should say that WAS my big complaint. It’s almost undetectable now. Flaccid it is completely unnoticeable. Hard you can feel it if you know what to look for but only by palpating very thoroughly. And it’s squishy so it doesn’t get in the way of any activities. Everyone who said this would resolve favorably on its own was right. I’m so grateful to this community for helping me step back from my panic and be patient while my body adjusted.

I absolutely love my new Dick. It looks and feels amazing. Im excited for the next round to add a little more size and perfect the shape. I recognize i could still have complications arise then but so far this has been hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. I feel whole and complete.

Well it’s been 11 weeks and I think this will be my last post on this thread as I am preparing for round two. I just had a zoom consult with both Dr. C and Dr. M regarding my upcoming second session the first week of June. Dr. C is feeling better after his recent hospitalization FYI but his doc hasnt cleared him to travel so he’s stuck at home in San Diego for the time being. I plan to start a new thread late this month, a few days before I go for round two.

Final gains are +0.5” at the circ line, +0.75” MSEG and +1.0” or more at the base.

Circ: 4.25 to 4.75
MSEG: 4.25 to 5
BEG: 4.25 to 5.25+

Overall super happy. Hoping to add a little more size and just smooth everything out and improve aesthetics next time. I don’t like the ditch above the circ line bur not sure how much that can be addressed due to the age of my at birth Circumcision and the scar tissue. There are some minor gaps/depressions at the base and sides i want to fill in. And I may take some Kenalog to the now tiny bulge on the base. But I don’t want to destroy good filler for what is essentially a non issue.

Photos attached. Welcome any and all advice for round two. The docs said to expect an even stronger immune and swelling response next time but im prepared for that now. One interesting thing is they are considering mixing 30% and 10% Linnea to get a 20% product. I really don’t know if that’s desirable or why but they seemed to think it would be a good fit since Theyre planning to do 50/50 with 30 and 10 products.


BPEL is back to the 6” I started at.

Thanks for the update, looking good! I thought they decided a couple of years ago not to mix 30 and 10% PMMA anymore? That's good if they still do it because I would prefer 20% over 30%.

Edit: I'm going to keep a close eye on your results from the second round because I have exactly the same asymmetry when Flaccid.

What asymmetry?! Hahaa I had no reason to think there was anything amiss with my Flaccid hang until you said that. I think my wang looks amazing Flaccid. What would you change?

Oops! Sorry about that comment—it wasn't intentional on my part. I was just referring to the first photo, specifically how the skin curves on the right side versus the left, roughly in the middle, but it's super subtle and could totally be part of a normal appearance. And I had only seen the first photo in my browser; I don't know why. I just saw the other photos, which show absolutely no asymmetry! I’m probably getting a little too obsessed looking at all these...

Oh no worries at all. Ive always hung a little to the left. Just asking bc I want as much input as possible for my next round. Sometimes others see things we don’t. Thanks!

Correct, 6" BPEL. I'd love to be 6.5-7. Maybe one day I'll start a stretching routine. 6 is totally fine and technically a hair above average length but a little extra would be nice.

I've had sex with five partners since my results stabilized to their current form. Two were new partners, one I told about the procedure and one I didn't. Neither noticed anything out of the ordinary. The new partner who knew I was enhanced thinks it looks and feels totally normal.

My wife and two other existing partners experienced the before and after. My wife and one of the other partners knew I'd had it done, while I didn't say anything to the third one. No one noticed any areas of concern. Interestingly, the existing partner I didn't tell didn't seem to notice anything different visually or when she touched it. But during penetration she had a stronger reaction than usual. That could be attributable to any number of factors having nothing to do with the change in Girth but it's a data point I took note of with some pride nonetheless.

(Bit of a tangent but I've seen guys on here be like "my girl came immediately with my new shlong". I'm no sexpert but I'm skeptical of those kinds of reports. Even with a big Dick, most women can't orgasm through penetration. Learn to take care of the clit, boys. That's where the magic happens.)
