TOPIC: Dr Morales AvantiDerma Mexico (after Dr N)

Hi there!

It's only 4 hours train ride away from me.

But well.. communication with her is a bit difficult and i don't trust her to do the best job.

So for my last round (or second last i guess) i want to go to the best.

I added pictures and in two i painted where i would like to have pmma added.
I have 2 versions of that. Either just the one middle side left and upper and lower right side.
Or that and additionally also on top in first third after the glans (you can see how this is missing from the pic from penis from the side me standing)
and on top of the base of the penis (perhaps better not, cause it's great for condoms, they are held securely that way.

I would like 30% pmma all the way cause i value hardness over aesthetics, i wonder/hope that is possible



I wonder about the available AvantiDerma options:
- prp subcutaneous + ipl collagen buster session -> these 2 are in the signature package (instead of the most basic one), sure i take those

Then there are further possible options:
- prp intracorporal (cavernosa & spongiosum):
am interested in that.. i guess the normal prp subc is for the pmma.. and the prp intracorporal is for the penis? Hm.

- Red light healing sessions:
Hm. Also interesting. I bought a pretty good red light myself, so perhaps i just bring it and use it in the hotel room - i will have nothing to do, i will stay there for some days i am thinking. Also interested how the red light healing session looks with them.

- Glans corona (with hyaluronic acid): So making the glans bigger? But only temporary cause it's hyaluronic acid? And i read the biggerness is totally minimal?

- Scrotox (Scrotal Relaxation with Botox): What is good about that? Ok, your balls hang lower. Mine hang superlow already, i would like them to hang higher)

- Phallotox (Penile relaxation with botox): Hmm.. not sure about that, but tiny bit interested.. Ok, relaxes the muscle that makes the penis retract eg when it's cold and so the penis hangs a bit lower when non-erect? The thing is, the effect of botox is maximum only after 1-2 weeks i am pretty sure, but i would like the effect to be on the day of the operation + the first 4 days.. I had a lot of retraction and since Phollotox and scrotox it is much much better. No issues at all with erections either."

The good news is a skilled surgeon like dr C or Dr M shouldn’t have a hard time evening it out. Keep us posted!

Damn Man, they did you dirty.. Not gonna lie. Looks very unnatural Flaccid and very uneven and dented Erect. They should give you your money back. Hopefully you can fix these imperfections in your next round. I can tell you now it might gonna take you mare than 1 visit. Also, to be honest a lot of those add ons to the surgery to little to nothing in my opinion and a few others that went. Thats why we usually opt out of all that the 2nd round because we didn't see it do anything. Also you look way longer than 15.5cm. and with 4 rounds are you still under 5" Girth? I just want to make sure my conversion is correct. Good luck man. You have a nice looking unit, with a round or 2 you should be good.

Dr. N needs to give up on PMMA, more and more of her results in the past 5 years have been "decent" at best.

Fortunately Avanti Derma is pretty familiar with the iteration of PMMA used by Dr. N's clinic, and I suspect they can salvage your unit and restore a bit of normalcy/naturalness to it. Good luck and keep us posted!

4 more days till the 30th, where i start to travel.

Wondering if in Grand Hotel Tijuana it works out that i can download stuff with torrents. Guess i'll bring some tv series with me just in case.

I told Dr C to take his money already instead of later, he sent me a paypal invoice and it went fine.
Told Grand hotel to also take the money, they said no, they need the real credit card. Ok. It should work just fine.

With some services like Netflix and Prime Video you can pre download movies, series, etc. and watch them offline too. They are available just for some days after you download them, so maybe wait the 29th.

Good that you could pay Avanti Derma in advance, less things to do down there.

I’m glad you brought up Botox. I haven’t done it or read much about it here. I’m curious. Would anyone care to share his experience?

I'm sure they'll take care of you. It's a pretty easy process logistically if you shuttle in and stay at the Grand. I was able to plug in my laptop to the room TV and stream Netflix totally fine while I was there.

Plan after the procedure / aftercare:
- have hopefully many dates with Ian who does the post-op massaging, i also booked the LED-lighting thing
- using the esl stretcher in the grandhotel there for when i am awake, stretching upwards but using a pillow so it stretches more forward
- several points in the day watch some porn to get an Erection (probably take some v)
- at night use these to guarantee sleeping on back: ask the hotel for many pillows, fixate one pillow on each side of stomach with large belt, use neckpillow or 2 pillows right and left to the head, one pillow under my knees, use esl stretcher upwards but with pillow on tummy to make it a bit less upward - with an esl head that is pretty big, no stretch but just to hold penis pointing upward
- on day 4 after the procedure i will go on long travel home, i will wear jogging trousers

The Botox used for phalotox and scrotox is to help prevent retraction when doing the filler. I wished more docs used it. Since when I got filler from dr.Shaffer some of filler did bunch up because of retraction in Flaccid state.

You’re supposed to avoid sex and masturbation for a week after the procedure, so I don’t recommend porn or an escort.

Escort would be on the day before the procedure.

No masturbation, just getting hard. When i did my last rounds 'get hard often' i imagine was a standard advice, i never questioned it. (theory is i think that getting hard is same as stretching?)

Wonder if Dr C still does Flomax after. Perhaps i still have some, gonna look. One time i took it at evening before the procedure in the morning.

Booked botox for crows feet next to eyes also, it saves time and is cheaper than in my hometown.

I managed to miss a followup flight in mexico city. There was 3 hours pause (!) but it was really only 2,5hours, and immigration took like an hour and going to other terminal took an hour.. And online checkin was not possible because of technical failure on their part (i called the hotline before the trip, the hotline i must say was great). Anyway, i just bought the next flight to TJ and arrived 3 hours later then planned but it’s the day before the procedure anyway..

I went out of the airport, there is people saying ‘taxi taxi’. I ignore cause i smell scam prices. There is a station with different taxi offers.. I say i want to go to Grandhotel TJ, they all say it costs 400 pesos. Ask security where there is good taxi. She says here, pointing at the guys. Go outside, there are other drivers, they also say 400. I guess this is overpriced, i guess the cheap strategy is to find the entrance of the airport instead of the departure place to find cheaper taxis. But i just tell them i only have 350 in cash (semi true) and they take that.

First roomservice was tuna sandwitch and it was nicely made and arrived in about 40min and was 140 pesos.

I imagine telling i want to save on taxi and also blew a lot of cash on missed flight makes me worry a bit that i make a bad impression on you guys. And i also like the idea that i write something that helps someone somehow.
