TOPIC: Enhancement results

Just finished my 3rd procedure with Avanti. As always they are great. They have a new doctor so it's about 3 people working on you like a pit crew- seems more efficient that way.

I told Avanti about all the problem areas I wanted to address and took pictures beforehand to show them. I think it looks pretty even but I need to wait for the swelling to go down.

Once again I can't understate the breakfast buffet. It goes officially until 12pm but I got there a bit after 12 and they don't start cleaning up until 1pm. For $20 bucks hard to beat and it fits into my one meal a day intermittent fasting so it works.

Roma Pharmacy the 24 hour one has a huge selection of generic drugs. I picked up 100mg sidenafil for $33 which is like 1/5 of what it cost in the US. I figure I can break up the tablets because the price is the same as the 5mg. Also I always buy the bonafont water. I made a mistake buying Pellegrino water the last time for $15 and the hotel bottled water is $3 I believe. You can get Bonafont water from the convenience store just outside of the elevator to Avanti's office for $1 for 1.5 liters.

This time around for my 3rd procedure they were only able to fit 12x30 and 6x10 which is not bad. I wanted the maximum and this was literally all they could fit despite me following a pumping routine. I will say a little bit more blood this time around because I asked them to break up a Nodule. It took a day for a couple entry points to close so I had to put a small piece of paper towel over it to force it to close the next day. If you have the weighted ball from the previous trip you can tie two of them together on the same string for extra weighted hang. Just be sure to square knot it so it doesn't slip off.

Overall great experience as usuall. Prior I was about 6.25 Erect Girth and now I believe I'm 7in Girth currently but I'll probably settle somewhere around 6.7 or 6.8 after the swelling goes down. I'll probably loose some length since I won't be able to do any heavy extending or pumping for 2 months but that's fine, so far I'm happy with the results.

Wow already your 3rd round!?

I would like to know more about the Nodule they tried to break up. How do they do it? Did they tell you it might work? I have a Nodule on my right side that is harder, and I hope to have it broken up when I go for my second round, on a date that is still unknown.

They injected some kenalog and lanced it with the syringe. They also added more filler around it so it looks much less noticeable now.

Btw @moes What are your stats? You were 6in girth before your procedure and now your 7in girth? Your EL is 6.5? I'm hoping after 1,000 hours of extending I gain something noticable but I'm 7in right now but I guess if I drop more weight there will be less of a fat pad?

I'm pretty happy with the results so far. I finally had a chance to measure and I'm 6.8in girth mid shaft and 7 at the base. In a couple months I'll get back on my extending routine and maybe go back to Avanti for one more round after a year.

Btw @moes What are your stats? You were 6in girth before your procedure and now your 7in girth? Your EL is 6.5?

Yes my girth is stable at 7 inches and my BPEL is around 6.5-6.75. The asymmetry is a little less evident than during my first year but it's still something I'll have to correct some day. I'll make an update when I hit the 2 year mark.

Lol I'm trying to catch up to you @Tmartin304 . Like I said gonna do a years worth of extending before I go back for a final procedure.

I took a side profile pic because people tend to have too much filler on the top and not on the underside. I tried to massage everything downwards to the under shaft, not sure if that made a difference but everything still looks even.

There was one user on here that got 4cc injected into his glans, I asked Avanti if they could put a little more, but they only do the ridge so they put 2cc instead of 1cc. I opted out of the scrotox so that way it evens out on the cost I guess.

I had one entry point that kept opening up every time I massaged though but it closed finally around day 5. I'm guessing between the kenalog & prp maybe that's why it was less filler this time? The kenalog and prp definitely should take up volume, but they definitely put the max because the filler was backing out of the entry points. This was also my third procedure so I guess the amount of filler I can get goes down each time even with pumping before the procedure. I'm at 6.8in girth still and 7 near the base*

It looks good man! I’ve settled at about 8x6. I’m deciding when and where to go for my next round; Avanti or Rupeka. I need to hit my goal of 7ish inches to get this project out of the way.

I am considering PMMA myself but I have a question :

Does the PMMA feels like it's stuck to the outer skin itself, or to the shaft below ?
Meaning, does the PMMA thickens the outer skin (like a thick sheath that can move up and down, or maybe become immobile ?), or does the outer skin stays thin and only the shaft below thickens ?

Can you still stroke the skin of your penis exactly like before if the outer skin thickens too much ?
Because even though I am Circumcised, I have some skin mobility that I would like to save, I love the stroking and gliding feeling when masturbating.

It is below your skin more so on the shaft. It feels a little more rigid but unnoticeable compared to normal. You will still have skin mobility just the shaft should be a bit bigger.

Your skin will eventually stretch to accommodate the new size of your shaft. But they recommend to pump daily so that your skin isn't so tight to accommodate more filler*

Thank you for the detailed explanation, it was difficult to find this information even though I think it is a primordial detail, being able to keep skin mobility is very beneficial for jerking off.

I currently use a type of Foreskin restoration device to extend the skin. Just sticking tapes that are stripped around my waist to extend even more the skin and be able to get more filler and keep skin mobility afterward

I would pump twice a day 5-8hg for 30 min. More or less that size will be har they're able to fit with PMMA.

Ive always asked for the maximum they can fit at Avanti, this last round was the first time I experienced that the entry points took longer to close. So I would definitely continue pumping before your planned date and don't have any sex or do anything until the PMMA is settled for 10-14 days after your procedure. Avanti shows you how to massage it so you don't end up with any inconsistencies as well.

You got the maximum possible at each round and your skin still stayed thin and mobile over the PMMA ?
