@lurkin Do you have any thoughts on how long prior to treatment to begin pumping? Also you mentioned the new doc at Avanti, is the new doc doing any important parts of the procedure ? I think I'd want Dr. Morales doing all the actual injections.

I actually just posted in your other thread. But to add- I had some voids that they filled out with 10% PMMA near the neck area just like you. If you don't mind sharing your results when you do go back, the admin gives people that post their results lifetime membership and the ability to see pictures.

Whatever pumping method you want to use, but something like 5-8inhg for 20-30 min maybe twice a day 3-5 times a week.

I guess the idea that if your penis conditioned to being stretched to 1/2 Inch to 1 Inch more than it's normal size then it is easier to put filler in there and it can accommodate more filler than someone who doesn't pump.

Dr Morales is there, so is Ian. The new doctor is does some of the work, but Dr. Morales did most of it. I will say Dr Morales is excellent and I felt almost nothing when she was doing the injections. The new doctor did a lot of the minor injections to even out the areas- I kinda felt those, but nothing too bad. I would take a half of whatever was the anti anxiety medication that they offer.

Also I just realized, I should have looked into Rybelsus (semaglutide). Aside from the 100mg Viagra, those rybelsus pills are pretty cheap in Mexico and are essentially the tablet form of ozempic. I kinda hit a wall with dieting and exercise, to cut down to 180lb supposedly being lean would make your Dick bigger reducing your fatpad.

I guess I'll wait for those wegovy tablets to be released in January...

Hey @lurkin , your circumcision line looks to be in the same area as mine. Just wanted to confirm that you did receive filler in the neck area? It looks like a good result with no noticeable cliff.

In my second round I had some 10% placed there and will likely ask more there as I still have some noticeable cliff/gap. Did you notice any nodules in that area?

Thanks I took multiple photos for the doctor and circled & wrote on each photo what I wanted to be corrected.

I did get a kenalog shot to get rid of a nodule from my first procedure. It has since been much less prominent. I also told them I wanted to fix around the neck area.

I have some white heads at the entry points because this was the first time (3rd procedure) where some material was coming out of the entry points and took a few days to close completely. I heard they can burn these off.

I think it's because I'm running out of space or they did inject PRP and kenalog which takes up some volume.

I will probably forgo PRP on my last procedure if it's taking up volume that could be used for PMMA. But yeah they put only 10% or a mixture of 10% and 30% to reduce the chance of nodules in the neck area. My advice is take some pictures and upload it to a shared album. They kept up the pictues during my procedure so they could reference where I wanted them to inject.

Also a side note, 7in girth really should be the maximum. I'm around 6.6 inch and it is already difficult for some of my partners and most pornstars are just around or close to 6in girth.

For now I'm focused on loosing some weight with Tirzepatide so my final procedure I will possibly have more length to inject my filler into.

How much was it with dr. Rupeka?

I spent a lot, like $15k for 25 syringes of Bellafill and that was over a year ago before they raised the price. In retrospect I would be ahead of the game if I went to Avanti first.

Also you can buy a year supply of Cialis for nothing or buying the 100mg dose to break up into quarters since you can buy many prescription drugs in Tijuana for practically nothing at the local pharmacy.

Next time I go I plan on going to Avanti and Codet Vision which everyone from Texas & California goes to for LASIK or ICL surgery:



ICL is similar to cataract surgery, except they don't remove any layers of your eye like LASIK does. They put a lense in your eye that fixes your vision, with much less risk of dry eye and it's reversible unlike LASIK. I only found out about this procedure recently, but anyone needed LASIK, girth enhancement or even a hair transplant (Russland medical) can go to Tijuana to get it all done for about the same as what they would pay in the US for one girth enhancement.

One of the things I wanted to ask Avanti if they can offer the GHK-CU instead of PRP or even the GLOW peptide stack.




Ever since being on tirzepatide, this peptide is amazing, I can see why celebrities were taking it during covid and why many couldn't get it during the shortage. But there's other peptides that build muscle, repair skin, collegen and hair. I found a thread where they discussed GHK-CU here but I'm curious if it would help build more collagen after getting girth enhancement.

Anyway Reddit has a sub about it but nothing here about aiding girth enhancement after a procedure.

I would say if you pump for a month before hand, and they put in 20-25 syringes then you should gain 1/2 Inch of Girth. Otherwise if it's less, then expect 1/4 to 1/3 Inch of Girth.

Get an automatic pump and just leave it on for 20 to 30 min. I do maybe like 6hg for 30 minutes or I do the vibration interval pumping since I bought that knock off phalback device.

Richardgaines did not get as much as I did on his 3rd visit and had some adverse results. The only thing I can say maybe I did differently is I try to extend 10lb of force for an hour a day, and try to fit in some pumping if I have time.

I feel the more expanded your penis is, the easier it will be for the doctor to put in the filler. There's been some users that don't do any PE hoping for miracle results.

Hey Lurkin Where did you start at and end by your first round and then where did you end at by your second round and how many syringes as well? I’m going back for my second round but I wanna know if I’ll get a Inch from 2 rounds maybe more.

I posted how many syringes in each procedure in this thread. I would just do the pumping I think 20-30 min a couple times a day 5hg to 8hg. They physically can't fit more filler than what your penis allows. I ran into that issue on my 3rd time where the wounds took longer to close because some filler oozed out a bit. Nothing major, but best advice is if you want them to fit more filler then do more pumping to get your penis conditioned.

Is the shaft skin still mobile after PMMA ? Can you still stroke the shaft skin, or does the skin "stick" to the shaft ?

I have a loose cut and I love the mobility and glide of my skin, I want to do PMMA but I am scared I will lose my mobile skin...

Maybe the skin will not glide easily over the glans after being thickened by PMMA

I believe he is uncut and just got another 40 syringes of Bellafill. I believe the only thing with being uncut is you have to get maybe a little less filler each time but I don't think that is an issue for Avanti or Rupeka.

Someone described it as a thicker layer of gum or something under the skin. Kinda hard to describe but it feels like your regular penis. You're just adding more material and the PMMA is encapsulated by collagen so it is just making that layer under the skin thicker. Also because that layer is thicker it retains the shape and makes your flaccid larger.

I wouldn't get circumcised if I wasn't cut already when I was a kid. I don't get why people would do that as an adult because you would loose feeling I would imagine.

I got Circumcised as an adult because Avanti doesn’t do uncut guys. I read through several accounts here about uncircumcised guys here dealing with the accordion effect or clumping of filler post their sessions. The only thing is how you get your cut - I can’t for the life of me ever retain if avanti recommends a high and tight or low and loose Circumcision. I got my circ line about an Inch from
My corona and pumped for months before going in. The positive is that I gained .7 inches but then couldn’t retain the filler in the shelf space (between my circ scar and corona). It’s mostly notable when Flaccid but hardly noticeable when Erect.

I can tell you that the sensation is still the same as uncut. And having a thicker one actually fills my wife nicely, making it tighter for me (and thus more sensation).
