So it is the shaft itself BELOW the skin that is thicker, and not the skin itself being thicker ?

Does it mean the shaft skin can still be mobile over the shaft ?

I personally don’t see it as having thicker skin. The filler is an implant that is formed by your body’s collagen and the microbeads that form over the shaft underneath the skin. It’s been described like those mini weiner pig in the blankets, except that when you’re Erect it expands with your shaft. It feels natural when hard; when soft you could technically pinch the filler which feels like play doh (except more gel like) but it stays in place with your shaft. If you have loose skin it moves with it. That’s why some guys pump often before going in, so they have room to add more filler. Everyone’s body is different.

Thank you for your answer,

So if I understand correctly, the PMMA layer is not fixed to the shaft neither to the skin ?

But when Erect, you can glide your skin over the PMMA layer, and that PMMA layer will not move relative to the shaft ?

I have a loose Circumcision so my skin glides easily and I want to keep it that way

@mimitassin This is going to depend on several factors including who your provider is, your current anatomy, your tissue characteristics and how the tissue reacts to the filler you choose, how much you have injected, what product you choose, etc. As other people here have said, everyone's body is different (and every provider's technique and product selection is different as well!)
