@justn8 HA is def worth it if the individual doesn't mind paying more and getting injected more overtime.

I can certainly see HA having qualities that would benefit the penis that microspheres can't. HA would be a great polish or surface finish to make everything smooth and plump.

But I think anything that makes your dick bigger is worth it if it's within financial means. I can honestly see a point in time where I have Ellanse, PMMA, and HA all in my dick at the same time. Maybe getting to a certain level with plastic microspheres then supplementing the rest with continued HA visits is the answer. I don't know. I don't think I react well to being poked so I my penis may not be able to withstand continued trauma as I get older. But I'm curious as to how HA could fill out my base, an area that has pinched off equivalent Ellanse growth.

I wanted grow two inches from 5 to 7 so calculating the cost of HA in my head to get there coupled with the dissipation of the product, it just wasn't right for me.

I switched doctors because AD has very strict guidelines on volume they are willing to inject. I did 22cc’s then 18cc’s then just 15cc’s. I understand their philosophy but I simply disagree with it as do many other doctors in the field. Though I disagree with their approach on volume, I respect their medical opinion and appreciate that it comes from a patient safety perspective. So understand that I didn’t leave them for any other reason than another doctor I came to research and trust simply had a different philosophy.

I learned this about doctors 10 years ago. They can and will have different opinions regarding new fields with limited data or rare procedures with limited experience. My daughter was born with congenital disease and needed open surgery after birth. The hospital we were at designed their surgery which they stated would save her life for the short term, if she survived the surgery, but that she would be severely retarded due to lack of oxygen to the brain, most likely in a wheel chair, live in significant pain and suffering, would lack self awareness, would need about 5+ surgeries until fully developed, and if she survived all that, would need a transplant and then “expire” by age 25. If we were lucky. In fact, they recommended aborting her. I got a second opinion from a leading pediatric cardiology hospital. They performed a 9 hour open operation, saved her life and she has not had another one, is high functioning and significantly above her peers both physically and intellectually. She’s beautiful.

So, I did a similar process in doing my own research and concluded I was willing to risk the higher volume concept with Rupeka. I chose well.

Looking at pmma myself. There are several here that went ha then pmma , some had HA dissolved first some didn’t . And there are a few members here that had ha after pmma.

I would reach out to pmma providers before I dissolved the initial investment. And you wouldn’t have to face shrinking dick issues with the GF

I received HA filler a couple months ago, only 13 ml.

Everything went well but instead of going back for more HA I’m considering switching to more permanent options like pmma or ellanse.
Can someone please help me understand the level of risk with pmma or ellanse.
I understand the permanent nature of pmma is an issue should something go wrong but what are the realistic odds I will experience a severe problem with pmma or Ellanse?
Do they have a higher rate problems compared to HA or is it just the permanence factor? I know ellanse isn’t permanent, so they say.

Do you guys think a 1.5 inch gain is relatively safe? What about 2 inches?

Original size is 7 “ length 4.5 mid shaft.

Also I heard it takes 2 months for the HA enzyme to breakdown the HA , I really don’t want to tell my new girlfriend about it but there is no way around it if she’s going to see and feel it get smaller. Any suggestions dancing around this.

After my procedure, Ian told me to wear at least 3 hours a day (if I remember correctly) and optimally during the whole collagen forming period, which is between 6 to 8 weeks. Once you get used to it, it's not that bad.
