The doc in Paris did not give me any cream. She suggested the injection of corticosteroids. But not Kenalog, she thinks it is too aggressive. I put bactroban on the skin ( its an antibiotic cream ). I do not know if the cream helped or if it was just the subsiding effects of the inflammation over time. It has been a long time ago and those parts of my penis are still hard and you can feel the lumps very well. I do have excess skin, it might be related to that. I have A LOT of scrotal skin and also penile skin. I ve had my Frenulum removed so basically my Foreskin ( and the entire penile skin ) can be streched backwards to my body a lot. I was already thinking if getting cut would help, so in that case my skin would not be so loose anymore....I still do not know

As far as wrong layer comment, I just think it\'s like someone mentioned I think if the product is not injected deep enough it will be closer to the skin and easily felt.

Your penis looks exactly how mine looked when my elist implant got infected. You need to have a doctor aspirate some fluid and have the lab check it out. I had a staph aureus biofilm infection which means it has to be removed because oral anti biotics are not strong enough to the bacteria. the bacteria is nearly impossible to clear without removal of foreign material because the bacteria attaches to foreign material where as natural tissue is always being replaced and thus the bacteria can be exposed to antibiotics and white blood cells and be eradicated.

I think you really need to send those photos to Prof Lemperle and give him a detail explanation of how it feels etc.

Ask him about the possibility of infection, as described by cvbbc. Though I can\'t see why you\'d have an infection. That wouldn\'t make sense to me.

Can you get to a Urologist? I\'d be concerned about that much swelling and pain. A male sexual function specialist would be the best. In the meantime, get a gonorrhea / chlamydia test if you\'re at risk for that, since that may have been the cause of Red\'s issues.

Btw, there\'s really only 1 layer. If it was injected in the skin, it would look like pimples. It\'s injected under the fascia. That\'s the only place for anything to go - whether it\'s fat or implants -- even those crazy beads in the other thread.

Ok after some ibuprofen it has reduced to almost normal. So I did also follow up with wade and he has sent out some antibiotics. I am hoping for the best.

I got infected 3.5 months after

@ndbig1 How are things man, I just saw this thread, i actually had a similar issue a few months back, it cleared up for me after about 3 solid weeks.
Just hang in there, I\'m sure you\'ll be back to normal soon.

UPDATE: 11/19
I took all the pills ad directed by Wade. It reduced and almost went away. Then I had sex a couple times and it swole again. This time it hasn\'t been red, just swollen but not near as much as the last time. So as of today its been puffy swollen for about 1.5-2 weeks. No pain and no redness but just more thicker than usual. I am going to contact Wade and try to get in with Dr c.


@cvbbc so how did it turn out? What type of infection did you have? What treatment did you employ?
