Reklaw you are correct I do only care about size. Lol I wanna be the biggest ever. I have hypospadias so my penis already doesn\'t look natural so I have no problem with it looking uneven, I only use my tool on my wife anyway.

Ujackman I would just go for 35ml in my opinion it\'s the perfect ammount, and the most cost and time efficient cos you\'ll only have to spend 2 days in Korea, you might not need a circ with this ammount aswel

Im already Circumcised any way 35 is the lowest dose dr kim offer? I want the lowest dose as poassible because all i want is 1 cm gain in circumference im not greedy and i want to maintain size with esthetics ....

What you need to do is to ask Richard for Dr Kim\'s email address, tell Dr Kim your size, what gain you would like and that you want to maintain shape and he will tell you a suitable ammount.
If Richard refuses to give you Dr Kim\'s email tell Richard that\'s he\'s got a bad reputation for giving people inaccurate information and that you wana speak to Dr Kim

Wise words my friend. You definitely shouldn\'t making any recommendations for at least 6 months and even then it\'s probably too soon.

You haven\'t had \"tissue engineering\", no matter what the Dr\'s tell you. They might use terms such as \"scaffold\" etc, but there is a huge difference between the tissue engineering we see via PLGA scaffolds and the procedure you\'ve had.

You\'ve basically had donor tissue injected. Yes, some of your own cells might grow in it, but that doesn\'t make it your own tissue and it will be different to the dartos type tissue created from PLGA.

We\'ve seen via dermal matrix grafts that in reality, this kind of donar tissue, never really acts as a scaffold. There are lots of pictures of Alloderm and Belloderm being removed years later and it\'s still the same, very distinct, original graft that can be literally peeled away from the penis. There is no new tissue. Injecting it isn\'t going to change this.

All the issues we\'ve seen in the past with dermal matrix grafts are going to apply to this, but maybe even more so due to the sheer amounts being injected. We\'ve seen how frequent blood supply issues occur with 3 mm of 4 mm thick grafts over time, so it makes sense that this is much more likely to happen to injected material and we\'ve seen it with tiny amounts of cymtera.

I\'ve got first hand experience of what having too much fat does over time. And the fat was my own tissue. If over time that can\'t survive and gets lumpy due to blood supply issues, why wouldn\'t donor tissue?

We\'ve got guys emailing the Dr asking for 84 ml of this stuff to be injected and it\'s because they think it\'s safe. The danger with these kind of things isn\'t the injecting, but the removing. In my opinion, having large amounts of this stuff injected is going to lead to more Removal surgeries than FFT.

At the end of the day guys, this isn\'t tissue engineering. It\'s injecting micronized tissue taken from donors (other people). Common sense should tell us that it will need good blood supply to survive and the history of penis enhancement tells us graft materials don\'t do that well in the penis.

I\'m not saying this procedure doesn\'t have potential or that Reklaw isn\'t doing us a great service by sharing his progress. But please, no one rush into this as there are so many potential pitfalls. This can\'t be compared to injections of synthetic materials like PMMA or Silikon1000, yet I get the impression that many, including Reklaw, are doing exactly that, only thinking because the material is \"safe\" then procedure is safer. But it just doesn\'t work like that, otherwise we\'d all be getting FFT.

The key ingredients needed for a \"safe\" PE procedure is that it should be minimally invasive, predictable and with very limited risk for the need of surgical intervention or Removal, as that is where the most damage tends to be done. The main reason people end up with surgery, isn\'t because they \"have\" to have there graft material removed due to pain or damage to surrounding tissue, but because they \"choose\" to have it remove due to aesthetic or feel reasons. I don\'t see how having large amounts of this stuff is going to improve things from that point of view, in fact I\'m sure it will lead to an increase. Any procedure that increases the likelihood for surgical intervention isn\'t \"safe\", no matter what the material used.

I\'m typing thing with a fucked up penis full of internal scarring from fat Removal. I chose to have fat as it was \"safe\" due to it being my own tissue!

I\'ve been saying we should wait and see how it goes with reklaw before jumping into it. I\'m sure everyone gotten all excited seeing reklaw\'s beast, and haven\'t considered the complications.
