Any of you lot who have been in touch with Dr Kim should mention some of Hoddles comments, see what he\'s gota say about it

Sorry, I didn\'t mean to worry you. I only posted because several guys seemed very keen on doing this without really understanding it.

Don\'t waste your money visiting urologists. I\'ve spent a fortune on trips to see Gordon Muir, David Ralph and Saks Munis in London. At the end of the day, they just don\'t know a great deal about these procedures and what they do say is far from gospel.

But you really don\'t have to worry. I know it\'s hard when are stressed after a procedure that hasn\'t to date turned out as you were expecting, but try and look at things rationally.

1.) Is 70 ml of tissue really going to increase your Girth by 7 to 8cm\'s? On a surface area of 10cm by 12 cm (the rough dimensions of your penis) a graft would need to be 6mm thick to create 70 ml of tissue. Basically if you increase the diameter of your penis by 1.2 cm, it still comes out at less the 15cm. Yet you currently have over 18 cms, which suggests you still have a ton of swelling. But that\'s totally normal and why in virtually every PE procedure we ever see gains diminish greatly over the first 6 months.

2.) If we look at dermal matrix grafts, a 4mm thick graft tends to yield on average about 0.75\", which is about 25% less, then the volume of the graft, which suggests about 25% of it tends to get absorbed. I think it\'s reasonable to assume that percentage would be larger with an injectable tissue, but even if we stick with the 25%, you will still lose another 1 cm.

So basically, within 6 months to a year, you aren\'t going to be any bigger than 14 cm. I know you are worried that what you have now is what you will end up with, but logic dictates that isn\'t true.

Now, if what remains feels firm in certain places you don\'t need to worry, as DMSO will be very effective on this kind of tissue. It will soften it right up. If there are any uneven areas, Silikon1000 can be used to smooth things out.

You really don\'t have much to worry about, you just need to be patient and let things run their course.

You don\'t really have to worry about that. Things are very different now. When I had my issues we didn\'t have PhalloBoards and I had to rely on what I was told by urologists and plastic surgeons. If I knew then what I know now, I wouldn\'t never have even spoken to a Urologist! Initially I was told that in the long term the fat would absorb. Then I was told it could be remoulded and the contour would be smooth, which was utter bullshit. I was told it shouldn\'t be a problem to cut it out, which I had done and it was a disaster.

Firstly, if you have some lumps, try DMSO. I\'m very confident of the effect it will have on dermal matrix tissue as it is used in medicine to dissolve cadaver tissue. If there are any uneven areas, Silikon1000 is the perfect filler for smoothing them out. The main thing is don\'t risk surgery to have the stuff removed, as you will end up with scarring and possible skin loss. This is the kind of advise you never get from plastic surgeons or urologists and they like to cut everything out or just \"leave it.\" They usually don\'t have a clue what DMSO is and would never recommend a permanent synthetic filler. It\'s as if they don\'t get that if someone has issues with a permanent filler they will recommend cutting it out, which is the exact advice they give with biological fillers! It just makes no sense!

But honestly, I\'d be very surprised if you have more than a 1\" gain 6 months from now. Look at the other guys who had Megafill, they both mentioned pretty small gains. Read the progress reports of people with Dermal Grafts or dermal matrix grafts. Over the first year they tend to lose loads of size. There is no reason to think you\'ll be any different.

That\'s why I say only the truly desperate should consider it. It blows my mind when I see these guys with perfectly good to huge sized penises rushing off to TJ to get PMMA.

What do you don\'t think il get lumps in the future? If there was a slight chance I did need it cutting out in the future, what course of action do you recommend I take? Could you recommend any urologists who would be good at this?

Reklaw, I wouldn\'t stress about things that haven\'t happened to you - take care of what you have and enjoy it. You do not have lumps now - and this product may not ever cause lumps, it may hold, or dissolve and absorb or 20 years from now you have issues, or we all may be dead. My grafts went south all at once after almost 20 years, but I got it out and I am completely normal looking and would still go back in time and do it again if I knew then what I know now, I just would have taken better care of the fact that it was a graft and not act like it was another part of my body - I had a great time. You are still going to be super jumpy as you just had a major and experimental procedure on your penis. That is a big deal - but I would not imagine problems that you don\'t have, you will make yourself nuts.

ps I am not sure - but I think that fact that I chewed Nicorette a lot - a vasoconstrictor, and used cockrings a lot that I created a lot of my problems, read up on supplementing your circ. system and don\'t do what I did.
