Yeah I think it is a biofilm issue or a scar tissue issue. Restoration always said stay away from PMMA if you had a graft removed as it will cause lumping becuase of the biofilm. I thought HA was doable as it is a completely different interaction than PMMA and also doesn\'t need a blood supply. As it softens it is getting more like I just have a super vieny Dick which is OK and probably a plus for fucking someone. I just need to find a bottom

But quite a few people who have had the Elist implant removed have had PMMA successfully. Several of the early wave of PMMA patients were Elist victims from MNS.

Also I\'ve just remembered we have 2 members who had Belloderm removed and then PMMA and another member who had a dermal graft removed and then PMMA. We\'ve also got a couple of members who have had PMMA over Belloderm and one who has it over a dermal graft.

I think the problems with lumping have more to do with loose skin. This is why I wont have PMMA and will consider Silikon1000 in very small amounts.

Hi Hoddle - you may very well be right, I don\'t really know what the issue is exactly - but it is actually getting better everyday, so it seems to being going in the right direction, just more slowly - tomorrow is a week since my last shot so overlapping the 2 shots did not help my situation. If it continues to go like this in a week or two I will be fine I think - and sort of glad I did it. I already looks less like bumps and I can see it connecting, and just feels like veins so I am pulling myself off the ledge, lol. I have been taking pics since the beginning but was too bummed to post them. I am glad I did, there is at least a 60%-70% improvement. I am at the point where I would not have it removed as it looks much better, even natural just not smooth yet. I got about .5 from the 7cc\'s and I already think I would rather have it than not.

you guys are giving me way to much credit but thank you anyways!

MM, I am actually happy with it already - it gets better every day. I am pretty sure I am going for 4cc\'s more and cal it a day - that will be 11cc\'s and hopefully give me an 1\" more or just under. I am saving the rest of my money until I can see how long it takes to absorb. It is amazing how much it gets better in a day and feels completely natural - which is one of the reasons the irregularities I have right now don\'t bother me - it feels very much like human tissue.

I also have a plan, I have a latex sheath from my old grip - which is 19 years old now! - it compresses the skin evenly but not a crazy amount. I am not really worried about pushing the stuff up toward my base as the HA is not mobile that way. I am going to wear that for 3-4 or even 5 days after my next round and see if that makes a difference in terms of tightening and compressing the skin. I cut the end off so it just grips that shaft and will also let me leave it on longer. This round will also have the effect of being more compressed anyways as I am getting closer to my old Girth.

Do you recommend everyone who has Bellafill or HA to get it?

Hey Indiano - I am not sure it is going to do anything yet - and guys who have had PMMA on this board have done something like that and it pushed the PMMA up toward the base. HA doesn\'t really move so I am not worried about that - plus it is 4cc\'s and not 20cc\'s. I don\'t think anyone really needs it - I just have extra stretched skin from past procedures so I am trying it out as an experiment, to pull it in basically.
MM and GJ are really happy with their results and they just did the usual.

So that worked! I didn\'t wait for my next visit and started yesterday . When I woke up I\'d say I am almost there, I can see how in a day or two it will look really great. I am already happy if this was as good as it got, it looks natural. Thanks Hoddle, I never would have thought of that without your valuable input. Lesson is that HA needs some sort of counter pressure to spread evenly, which normal skin would give you. xd

You are very welcome! But I haven\'t got a clue what you are talking about! Did I suggest do something?

When you suggested it was a lose skin issue and not scar tissue or bio-film I put a latex sheath on my Dick that pulled all the skin in equally so it mimicked tighter skin as a way of making the HA interact with both sides of my shaft. I put it on yesterday and left it on. When I woke up it was much better. I\'m leaving it on until Thursday and see where I am - but already happier.

Where did you get the latex sheath? I have loose skin and I wonder if that will be an issue with getting Bellafill.
