Oh i also asked him about opening up or showing the packs of the product and he said yes but only if the patient requested it. He also told me to forget about the self injection especially if I\'m not 100% sure where this stuff is really coming from. So i will ask dr.mirza where does he order his HA fillers from if he\'s willing to tell me lol...

Wow that\'s very cool, FFT first then bellafil to even it out. I always liked the thought of FFT but I heard it makes your Dick spongy and you can\'t truly get completely hard. If it wasn\'t for the fact that it\'s not permant and spongy effect I would have already gotten it done. Lexus how much does FFT cost? And how soon are you planning on getting it done?

@indiano123. I believe dr.guinta does FFT for $4000 and dr.heller does it for $4,800.

@Giddyupjoe not using a cannula in that area is just plain crazy. The area is filled with blood vessels and in addition it would hurt a lot + you would get automatically some bruising. Even if you doctor is experienced, in this area it\'s just not possible to use a needle. Let\'s say he is using a needle.

I suppose that you would want the HA not in one place but well distributed.

So let\'s say he offered to inject 1CC.

Since the needle can not travel under the skin without hitting blood vessels he would have to enter the needle from another spot.

From my experience, there NO way you can distribute well HA without a cannula.

The cannula let you go everywhere 1. Without pain 2. Without hitting blood vessels.

As for the amount injected, 1CC is a joke if it\'s well distributed you wouldn\'t see a difference. Maybe the first day is the area is swollen.

After 6CC you can start seeing something.

Belotero has different formulations, from very thin for the lips to thicker for the cheeks or other area that needs volume.

If you doctor told you that the product is very thin that\'s not a good thing.

Juvederm voluma would be the best along Macrolane VRF 30.

The doctor is also suppose to give you a part of the product\'s packaging for you to keep for your records.

If you have the product\'s packaging piece you can tell us what he injected and how high was the HA concentration.

I theory you\'d think so, but in reality the thinner HA products are much better. Macrolane VRF is particularly bad for the penis, to the point nearly every Dr that I am aware of, who was offering it in the UK, stopped within a year. Dr Oastes posted an Italian study on Macrolane PE, yet if you go to the websites of the Dr\'s that did the study, only one still offers it. Voluma seems to be a happy medium, in that it is laster longer, but doesn\'t have the lumping and feel issues of Macrolane.

@hoddle10 I think it has to do with the amount of Macrolane and Voluma injected. If you are conservative you won\'t get any lumps. The thinner HA are so thin that you won\'t get any noticeable results. But I never seen any results from a thinner HA. The thinner HA also breaks down much faster than Voluma and Macrolane. The first month you\'ll loose 10% with any HA. It should be frustrating having to do it again every 6 months

We\'ve got people on the forum who have thin HA products and love the results. We know you have to have them filled more frequently, but that is the price you pay for a more natural result.

Voluma certainly seems to have potential, but Macrolane has been discontinued by numerous practitioners and even the manufacturers now specifically state that it shouldn\'t be used in the penis.

@hoodle10 on macrolane website it says that it had been discontinued for breast enhancement. I think it has to do with the interference in mamograms. Some doctors may have decided not to use it but I believe many are still using it. My understanding was that a thinner HA would feel spongy in high quantity.

But you just you think Macrolane should only be used conservatively. So why judge other products when not used conservatively. Read what Hunkydory and Giddyupjoe have to say about think HA.

Also Q-med, the manufacturers of Macrolane specifically now state that it should be used in the penis, yet when it first came out they didn\'t.

\"Do not use in the penis.\"
