Hi Indiano - I have been pumping and massaging a lot - but I am not sure how that would connect all the lumps which is the HA. I am not that bummed, even if I did nothing - worst case scenario is it would absorb on it\'s own - I am also leaving the door open to the fact that it may improve by itself. Whichever way it goes I am determined to stop paying so much attention to my Dick. I never had PMMA though - I think it is just a matter of individual difference or something like that - not sure what happened really. @GJ - thanks, it was my choice to try it and if it does not look normal in a week I will get it dissolved - I figure a week from Monday it will be clear, and I tried temporary on purpose just in case something like this happened.

You can try and wear a sleeve to mold it.

This is an honest question so please don\'t judge me. Im sure a lot of people here know I have hypospadias so I\'m not very big. So say I go to Dr m and get 4cc\'s wouldn\'t it spread more or give it a way bigger appearance since I\'m small? I know for average or maybe guys on the larger size it may not seem like much. But I\'m wondering for guys who are smaller then average will it make it big difference in size since the shaft is small?

To be honest I\'ve been avoiding saying this to you until it seemed you were actually going to get a procedure done, but if your stats are accurate, you\'d be crazy to have any Girth enhancement. You\'ve got a really big Girth, but are shorter than average. Increasing the Girth further is going to make it look even shorter and it wont enhance your sex life.

I figured it would, but I thought it would be better If I hung or stretched. I know it would be weird to be so thick and very short but I want to do something instead of just staying like this. I don\'t really care whether it looks natural or not I just want a lot of thickness and some more length.

Your Girth is already thick. It really is, look at any study and it will confirm what I\'m saying.

I also understand the desire/compulsion/need to do something or anything when you aren\'t happy with your penis size. I really do. But honestly, it would be wrong of me not to try and talk you out of this. The key is to recognize when you aren\'t capable of making a sensible decision for yourself, as you\'ve become so obsessive about an issue that you can no longer think straight.

There might be some other options for you. There are ways to make the penis appear longer and there is, of course, stretching. But adding more Girth really isn\'t going to help you, no matter how convinced you are that it will. The angst you are feeling wont go after Girth enhancement, though I suspect you think it will.

Do you have a fat pad or scrotal webbing? How do you feel about your Flaccid hang?

@indiano123. If i were you, i would get the lig cut then buy a extender,ADS,pump and hang for a whole year. From my understanding,having the lig cut will help in increasing your Flaccid and Erect length. Now after surgery you gain only in Flaccid and maybe .25 in the Erect length but if you don\'t stretch consistently you will lose length. Now this is only from what I\'ve read on this forum and others.
Then after a year i would follow through with adding a little more Girth.

My Flaccid length varies, sometimes it\'s 3 or 2 but it\'s mostly 1. I manually stretch everyday and it does nothing except help my eq. I plan on getting the tlc tugger or esl 40. I know PMMA/Bellafill helps you with gains after you pump so I plan on doing that as well, but truthfully I\'m not expecting much from length but I want an 7 Girth.

This is Y i suggested the lig cut because it helps with Flaccid length. Then hang,pump,extender and ADS for a year. I believe you will gain a considerable amount of length. Then add the Girth but like hoddle10 said with your length now more Girth with make it look more shorter

I considered doing a lig cut but I dont trust it and I don\'t want an ugly scar.

My suggestion is to take care of the fat pad,scrotal web,length then your Girth.

Ok. Understandable but with out it will take you alot longer to gain a little length.
