Don\'t let him say that he prefers microdroplet technique - which according to Gatit is not what he is doing. Cannula is the only way to release it slowly and evenly at the right layer. I don\'t think you should see Dr Mirza. In the next year I bet loads of plastic surgeons will start offering filler based penis enhancement. It\'s better to wait for a Dr who has plenty of experience with a cannula in my opinion.

Yeah I sort of have to second Hoddle - I have seen one great job he did (G.J.) and mine which was less than stellar - but sort of an amateur mistake. You should see what is available in NYC there has to be other doctors.

Don\'t get Bellafil. It\'s permanent and as far as I\'m aware we don\'t have any members who have had it. The carrier is different to the Brazilian PMMA products and we don\'t know how that will effect the result. You\'d effectively be having a procedure we have seen no results of, by a Dr who seems a little shady (maybe harsh, but walk in cosmetic procedures!) on a penis that really doesn\'t need anymore Girth. I can\'t tell you what to do as you are a grown man and can make your own choices, but I really hope if you do anything, it\'s HA, as in your case, I think there is a high chance the result wont look good. You\'ve honestly already got a really big Girth. We know your length is below average, but further increasing the Girth isn\'t going to make up for that. It will probably make things worse in my opinion. It makes sense to at least try a temporary product first and then decide of you want something permanent. It\'s better to be safe than sorry.

Also since it is a bovine collagen as a carrier - you must have an allergy test which means you have to wait a month from the test. If you look online you will see people who didn\'t get it and the reaction that occurs. Some doctors say they can tell right away but thats not possible. It sucks to change your plans once you have your set, but really think about this one!

I think I may be obsessed with Girth. It\'s all I think about everyday. With my work schedule it\'s impossible to hang or stretch so I just manually stretch. I could consider HA first then once I\'m ready I can start getting bellafil, but I truly want something permanent.

Bellafill should be used with a special gun that will deliver the same amount of products so you get an even result. Doctors usually only do half a CC or 1 CC max per procedure and then wait a couple of weeks to see how your body process the product (beside the initial allergy test). At least that\'s what they do when injected in the face.

Stick to HA and find a doc that uses a cannula.

Your right, I should get HA then once I feel comfortable and have found the right doctor I can get something more permanent.

@Gatit What do you feel about going to Mirza just for HA using cannula (incremental procedures)?

I know we have a guy everybody goes to for PMMA (Dr C), but is there such a reliable guy for HA? It sucks because Mirza is in NYC which is convenient for me, but damn man this walk-in clinic thing makes me so skeptical of him. Anybody recommend another for HA-based procedures based in the US?

The only other guy I know of in NYC is Dr. Heller - but I don\'t know much more about him in terms of how good he is or not. I have since come to the conclusion that you should not need to talk a doctor into using a cannula, it\'s like convincing someone that they should not be drunk when they drive you. You are better off finding another driver.

Make an appointment to see Heller and make your own opinion. He likes to do FFT which I would not let him sell you on given its track record. Not many guys on here have gone to him but he has been around a long time. If you go with him just ask to see the unopened product, I think his prices are better than Mirza\'s. I posted them on here some place - it might be under a link with his name. He had some legal issues but they were not to do with malpractice - more to do with taxes or billing issues - something like that.
