I have yet to hear from Hink, but I feel like it would be beneficial if the two of us discussed PE for the general public. I am very easy to find for him to contact me.

I guess he missed your message. I asked him about it in this post:

Maybe try resending your email.

Props to @Skeptical_One for keeping it real. Dr Brandeis is clearly very anti filler of any type so I appreciate the fact that we are able to have competing opinions from professionals on the board. Given that this site has traditionally focused on men enhancing their penises through filler, inviting him to voice his opinions cements the fact that SO has our best interests at heart.

An aside, I think physicians tend to let familiarity bias shape their opinions on things. For example, my father was a physician and I was never allowed on a skateboard because he saw disastrous outcomes. Is there risk with skateboarding? Of course . Was the risk what he thought it was? No. But in his eyes I’m sure the risk wasn’t worth the reward.

All forms of PE come with risks. Hell you can end up in the ER from wearing a cock ring too long! Pumping, hanging, stretching etc can all have disastrous outcomes . So nothing is without risks. Members have to do the research and then make a measured decision on what’s best for THEM. I appreciate the continued efforts of Dr Brandeis and his willingness to participate in the forum despite a lot of skepticism and some users who have been flat out rude to him. Let’s continue the transparency and let’s all hope p long works because at worst it could be a supplemental routine to fillers / surgery.

Hi Dr. Brandeis. Regarding your affirm supplement. I'm not going through the plong protocol currently, but I did buy the supplement. In the livestream you said 4 tablets daily;2 in morning 2 at night. The bottle I have says one tablet twice a day. Did you misspeak on the live stream, or maybe I have outdated instructions?

It depends on your age. If you are younger than 50, 1 twice a day should be fine. But if you are doing the p-long protocol, I would suggest 2 twice a day.

Adding botox to the protocol might be an improvement, but would require an additional two year study with 60 subjects in order to prove this.

Just because someone thinks it might be better does not mean that it actually is. That is why we do research.

yoshinator wrote: I own the extender they use. It's definitely high quality, easy to put on, easier to keep on and easier to adjust than any other extender I've ever tried. I only wish the extender had an option of adding some replaceable soft silicone padding on the clamp. That would make the hold infinitely better and not require the use of a wrap. Currently I use a piece of exercise band as a wrap and it gives a much better hold than any other wrapping technique I've tried.

What extender is that please

Here is a link to the RestoreX device. p-long.com/product-category/patients
I will bring your feedback about the clamp to their CMO and CEO.
In a very well done study at Mayo Clinic, it was proven to be far superior to the Andropenis.

Hello Dr,

I have the restorex and struggle to use it effectively due to being uncut. I find that it sometimes pulls the skin and sometimes I slip out of the device. Do you have any tips to stop this. And is the device as successful with an uncut person? Thank you.

Hi all,

Apologies for the delay in updates over the holidays. Work was crazy and I wasn't able to make it out to the Doctor's office for either November or December. I did continue to stretch and pump and supplement as the protocol calls for, however, the prp shot was missing for those two months.

I have just had my January prp shot a few days ago and am hoping to get back on track moving forward.

Here is a stretched length update, at least. I'm feeling a bit under the weather so my Erection quality isn't great at this exact moment, and I plan to follow up with that as soon as I get over this cold.
