sgo123456: My aggression is a reaction to the aggression I received in here. Because I am not posting a horror story I am somehow a shill...never had the surgery according to some...even though I posted pictures...yesterday a dated picture. This is the first post I am seeing from you so I am not familiar with your story. Please tell me and others considering the surgery what your experience was in detail. You owe it to warn everyone considering the surgery about the \"Butcher of Beverly Hills\" as some in here like to call Dr. Elist. I am an attorney and I deal with specifics. Most of what I have seen and heard in here are unsubstantiated accusations and name calling. I am open to listening to what you have to say. I don\'t know if you have read all of my posts but I had my surgery January 23rd and am still in the healing process. So far so good and I hope to get the final results I was hoping for. Thus far I have no complaints or regrets about getting the surgery. For some reason that pisses the people in here off. My response to that is too bad. The title of this board is \"Considering the Elist implant\" . My experience is apropos (That\'s French for relevant for those in here that think I am the stupid one)...because I had the surgery recently...not 10 years ago. The implant is different than the one they got. Speaking with Dr. Omead yesterday he told me that he is still in contact with a guy that got the surgery 12 years ago (the old implant) and has had no problems. My issue with the people in here is that they want all who come here to learn about the implant to believe that if you get it you will definitely have to take it out and have a horror for a penis. That\'s not true and so far hasn\'t been MY EXPERIENCE.

Please share your story with the Elist implant...oh...forgot to ask DID YOU EVEN HAVE THE IMPLANT SURGERY?

As a lawyer you hopefully understand the concept of irrelevance. Your question is irrelevant. As a reader of and contributor to these forums I have a right to read about all the options out there and your trolling ruins that experience. You are unable to post without being spiteful and aggressive. So that you don\'t try and drag me into your trolling I will not respond to you, I have made my point. Best of luck with your implant.

This thread is becoming pointless now.

Is it unfair of me to suggest jkk either simply isn\'t reading my posts or he is, but is now just trolling?

I\'ve had to explain the patent/FDA approval issue 2 or 3 times. That is now just being glossed over.

No one here had the implant 10 years ago. In this thread we\'ve heard from a guy who had his implant removed having only had it less than a year ago. We\'ve posted a link to another forum where a guy has reported having the new implant removed. Photo\'s have been posted. Most importantly I\'ve explained that the concept itself is flawed so it doesn\'t matter if it\'s the new or old implant. But still he persists on banging on about the new version of the implant.

Only yesterday I mentioned that I\'m aware of several hundred (not 10 or 15) guys who have had poor PE surgery results, yet I\'ve only ever come across 2 who have ever tried to take any action. One of those guys (posts here as Allofme2 I believe) ended up with just $3000 for his trouble and that was from Dr Elist. Yet today I\'m still reading that Elist was really that bad he\'d have tons of legal problems. Get this through your non stupid (apropos is a seriously impressive word) head - guys virtually never take any action against the Dr that screwed up their penis. It\'s how Gary Rheinchild carried on butchering people for decades. The only Dr\'s I know of who actually lost their licenses were Rosenstien and Sammiter and they were exceptional circumstances as patients actually died.

sgo123456: If the only information that you are getting about the implant is from people who have negatively posted on the internet then I understand that you have a very limited and skewed understanding and thus your \"expert opinion\" would be thrown out under voire dire by any competent judge. Throwing in some legal lingo to try and convince the doubters that I am indeed an attorney.

now to my Hoddle10: The patent is irrelevant to me. He invented it and did get a patent in 2004 I believe with the original version. Are you denying that Dr. Elist is the only doctor that the FDA has allowed to perform the surgery with his Penuma implant? It is a fact. He has other doctors in his office with him. If any other doctor could do the surgery he would teach them to do it s he could have even more patients as he has a waiting list for people who want the surgery. But he is the only one allowed to do it. I asked the other doctors during my followups if they did it and they explained they can\'t as of now. Dr. Elist is awaiting approval from the FDA to be permitted to teach other doctors the surgery and license his Penuma implant accordingly. So now I have not glossed over it for you. If someone \"butchered\" my penis I would sue. If that isn\'t enough to make someone want to sue then I don\'t know what is. Your reasoning leaves more than a lot to be desired!!! Forget about suing, How the hell does he still have a medical license if he is inflicting all this carnage? Riddle me that! Again you have no logical answer because the logical answer is that he is NOT butchering people and the vast majority must be pleased with their results. Your penis is not something you take lightly and if a doctor screwed it up you would do anything and everything to the doctor that butchered you....yet you and the rest did NOTHING. Why is that my friend?

Hoddle, This thread should not be about convincing a paid person who\'s promoting elist. It is about people who are considering the implant. He has done every potential elist victim a great service. Readers can now see the reality of this failure of an implant.

And no, it IS fair what you suggested.

Jjk, you just don\'t get it & you\'re just trolling.

Where else are people supposed to get their information?? This is 2017, not 1997.....the internetinternet is where everyone gets their news.

People now a days believe what they read on forums like these by real patients on all types of forums before believing clowns like Elist.

You better hope you never have a problem, because once you do, you will disappear from here along with Elist destroying your penis.

I, just like Mustang had our implants taken out right there in his freaking office.....for me, he had one of his front seat secretaries come in to help after he shot me up with whatever to put me on cloud 9. I was awake but couldn\'t feel any pain.

I could see people going in & out of the room, I thank God I never received an infection.

After it was over, he never called a taxi or anything. I had to take the subway back to my hotel because I was in Chinatown or whatever they call it, because I wasn\'t going to spend all that money in Beverly Hills hotels.

I had a light stream.of blood running down my leg as I waited for the subway train, couldn\'t really feel it, I was hopped on on whatever drug he shot me up with, the drug lasted about 10 hours.

I could tell you my entire story from start to finish like I did over at MNS, but I don\'t like bringing back this memories.

Elist is a serial penis butcher....I\'m starting to think he gets a high off of destroying men\'s penises & their lives.

Clearly it isn\'t. You repeatedly tried to hammer the point of the patent.

jjk wrote: Are you denying that Dr. Elist is the only doctor that the FDA has allowed to perform the surgery with his Penuma implant?

I don\'t believe anyone has ever said anything contrary to this. What was said was that there is nothing stopping another doctor from cutting, shaping and inserting a silicone implant. It\'s like saying \"Ford is the only one who can make the Explorer, therefore nobody else can make an SUV.\"

It is clear that you are ignorant on the history and ability of doctors performing Phalloplasty to repeatedly turn out bad results and yet retain their license. Others have tried to explain this to you with the example of other doctors who also ruined many, many men, yet kept their license and kept harming more and more men.

Let me explain this you one last time. Elist has a patent for a design of an implant from 2001. HE DOES NOT USE THAT DESIGN. It was nothing more than a marketing ploy. Also that patent has run out. He doesn\'t FDA approval either. Any Dr can use the same implant.

If he is so busy and is just waiting for FDA approval to train other Dr\'s, then how come the members of this forum seemed to be able to get into surgery with him at the drop of a hat? Out of interest how long did you have to wait before he could fit you into his hectic schedule?

One final time, I\'ve known several hundred PE surgery victims, including myself, and only 2 have ever done anything. In both circumstances it was a complete waste of time. As I\'ve explained twice already, the only times I\'ve known PE Dr\'s to lose their medical licenses is because of patient deaths.

Like \"SOME\" of the people of his heritage, and Los Angeles has many, he loves the attention he gets from showing off that \"he\" has made a career in the West vs his eastern country. I do not think he wants to destroy men penises per se, I think he likes to \"think\" he is making men penises bigger. The problem is that his ego does not allow him to feel the pain he has inflicted on his victims nor to realize his implant is a complete failure thus having to remove almost all of them sooner or later, that really pisses him off.

A doctor that has destroyed many men\'s lives for over 7 years & keeps doing the surgery & now is in GQ, is evil. First & foremost its all about money for him, he could care less about the patients when something goes wrong.

JjK
You consider these failed cases \"unsubstantiated\"...You\'d be right there (if you consider photos insufficient)....But how would you go about substantiating them otherwise? What would the motivations be for these men to lie?

And
Does Dr. Elist know you are on this board? Why don\'t you have him make an account here and defend himself. I know he cares enough about this website that his lawyers contacted us two years ago.
Have you bothered contacting Dr. Alter?
You can\'t possibly know enough about the implant to start recommending it to others...

If elist did not know or didn\'t care about what this site has to say about him, he would not send his decoys here.... LOL.

jjk,

Have you taken a moment to read the experience of the patient who posted at Thunders? I would be interested to hear your thoughts on his experience.

briceb I did read his Txhog\'s post. It appears that he developed an infection. That is a real and possible issue with the surgery. If you leave the penis to heal for the first month you should be ok. If you try and have sex before that then you would definitely increase your risk of infection. Speaking to Dr. Omead in Dr. Elist\'s office yesterday he said that the people who had issues with the implant usually were people who tried having sex way too early while the penis is trying to recover from the trauma of the surgery. The risk of infection is clearly stated on the doctor\'s website and in the pre and post op instructions.

Once again I want to stress that all I am doing is giving anyone who cares to read MY EXPERIENCE and it is just as valid as anyone else\'s experience or opinion. I am not trying to convince someone to do the surgery I do have a problem with someone who hasn\'t had the surgery trying to tell someopne else who hasn\'t had the surgery what to do or think about it...especially when their opinion is based on reading the negativity throughout the internet rather than actually speaking with the doctor about the surgery.

Mustang I am not a \"decoy\" and I have proven you wrong every time. You said you would apologize if I posted a pic with the date and my username and I did it but you continue trying to challenge my authenticity as a real patient. I wasn\'t sent here by Elist. I had seen these sites prior to the surgery but chose to go forward based upon my entire research and instincts. I am happy so far as everything I have been told to expect with my recovery has happened. I am anxiously awaiting for the dissolvable stitches to dissolve so I can get back to my pre-surgery Erect length and over time hopefully more. As far as my Flaccid length and Girth...mission accomplished.

messageman I know that Dr.Omead from his office knows I\'m in here because he called me yesterday after receiving my weekly email. I informed him in the email that I was posting in here and the resistance and negativity that I was finding. I believe that prompted the phone call and we discussed it. He told me that there was a Middle Eastern patient that was actually happy with the surgery but two weeks after getting it wanted his money back...not to get the implant out...or else he would post negative comments in places like this...in the legal world we call that extortion. He also said that a poster in the PhalloBoards admitted that he had sex 3 days after the surgery which ultimately resulted in infection and having to remove the implant. So I\'m sure Dr. Elist knows I\'m here. I will continue to tell the truth about MY experience with the surgery for whatever it is worth to whomever reads it. You all have an agenda to discourage people from getting the implant. I have no agenda other than putting myself out there as an honest representation of what a person might expect from the surgery process. I say might because every human body is different and heals differently. I am a healthy 52 year old that works out 4 days a week and am muscular. I take testosterone each week and do everything I can to make my body the best that it can be. I didn\'t take having the surgery lightly but I felt comfortable with doing it because ultimately Dr.Elist had been doing this surgery for more than a decade and if he were truly the butcher of Beverly Hills he would have been run out of time long ago. I spoke with him before flying out from Florida for the surgery and felt comfortable with him. My father was a doctor and I had been around many doctors growing up and going on rounds with him at the hospital. I learned to get a sense of the difference between a doctor that was a real pro as opposed to a money grubbing doctor who was in it for the money. Dr. Elist falls into the real pro category as he is accomplished not only with this surgery but in his specialty of Urology. No one understand a penis better than a Urologist. I am skeptical of the plastic surgeons that do every plastic surgery under the sun...nose job, boob job, face lift...buy 2 get 1 free....you get the picture. I\'m convinced Dr. Elist could do this surgery in his sleep with one arm tied behind his back...slight exaggeration there for dramatic effect. Ultimately, I am still in recovery and not \"out of the woods yet\". I feel confident that all will end well...everyone else in here seems to be confident that all will end horribly for me...we can agree to disagree. I will continue to post my weekly pics and people who stumble across my posts can weight it any way they choose but they can be assured that what I am saying is honest as it relates to MY EXPERIENCE and with no agenda

Judging by his results, he probably does.
